We have looked good for saying we're playing 3(?) of our best eleven, although on this showing Grant and McGoldrick are putting serious cases forward to start.

Not a bad half. Both teams had good spells. Benicio impressed on the wing, has good close control when he's running with the ball at defenders. Paton been busy and linked up well. Kouyate for Barrow looks a handful.

It’s mostly youths just breaking through in the last year or so or fringe players as we’ve about six big players injured and made 9 changes.

Pretty chuffed especially after an awful start, Benicio looks a great talent and Paton is looking good.

Would like to see Tolaj come on, we’ve played it around nice at times as have Barrow but the youthfulness is showing at times with decision making, struggling a bit down the right hand side but considering John has never played senior football and Lomax is only on his third appearance it’s understandable so may want to look at that second half.

Overall very content considering the changes that we are looking competitive so far.
