Which is actually the point that was being made...maybe try reading something before replying?Fucking hell are you lot still going on about referees!???
THEY’RE SHIT FOR US ALL FFS

"Not wanting to reignite the conspiracy chat again. I've been guilty of falling into that chain of thought out of pure frustration. It's incompetence, deep down we all know it really"."These aren't just bad performances, they're huge "errors" that constantly go against us."
"Don't give a flying fuck what anyone else thinks. They weren't just bad decisions, there is clearly more to it. Why?"
"It's not even discreet anymore. That today was corruption of the highest order."
Don't think it's my reading comprehension that's the issue here.
Read the post, read it again, go back and maybe read it again...then check you fully understand it. Only then, reply. Give it a go.Not just corruption but corruption of the highest order.Come on grumpy Vale fans, you have to admit that is an absolutely hilarious head loss.
To help, I've put it in bold. Not wanting to reignite the conspiracy chat again. I've been guilty of falling into that chain of thought out of pure frustration. It's incompetence, deep down we all know it really.
A point highlighted at last night's meet the manager event. When asked about the pgmol reaction after the Bromley and Bradford incidents, Moore told fans, the pgmol stated that the ref "forgot he didn't have goal line technology in L2". Not sure what difference it would have made, had he remembered, he relied on his liners competence unfortunately. Either way, what a thing to say as a defence.
Re the Bradford offside, apparently it was a miscommunication between the liner and the ref. The liner should have kept his flag up and the goal wouldn't have stood.
So frustrating. 3 points directly lost due to sheer lack of competence. The Bradford one I can get over. Was a close call, it happens. The Bromley one was just scandalous. And how did the EFL PGMOL punish his incompetence? He ran the line in the Championship 5 days later.
Not just corruption but corruption of the highest order.Come on grumpy Vale fans, you have to admit that is an absolutely hilarious head loss.
Christ almighty. I didn't even know it was you who had posted that until I looked back to find out. Thought it was another Vale fan. The fact it was you explains why you're throwing a tantrum like a spoilt toddler caught fibbing and calling people "fucking thick" and lacking reading ability. I'd want to deflect too if I'd said something so absurd, though not sure it's working to keep that moment of madness quiet and under the radar. May as well add it to your profile now.So skip the content of any post, forever refer back to emotional posts from understandably frustrated football fans. Tell me you don't understand football fans, without saying you don't understand football fans.
Don’t think we would take a thousand to MK. I for one have no interest in attending that place, despite doing around 80% of away games for the last few seasonsAt last, our turn to take n thousand to MK, recently been Tuesday nights. It does mean we need to be in the hunt mind…
If we were still with a decent shout of play-offs I'm sure we would. Easy for London Mariners who often swell London games to 1000+Don’t think we would take a thousand to MK. I for one have no interest in attending that place, despite doing around 80% of away games for the last few seasons
Wow....mozzavale has had an absolute mare there.
No wonder the rest of the Vale lot just left him to it. Didn't want to be associated is my guess.
Thoughts on a ref forgetting he's not got goal line technology? Anyone? Care to respond to the actual post, rather than the poster? Or is acting like a WUM on here your only motivation?
Also found out today after listening to the Ale and Vale pod that the PGMOL told the club that the ref at the Bradford game didn't give the offside for the winning goal because the adjudicator watching in the stand mic'd through that he thought it was onside.
Forget Vale, forget your opinion of me and any previous frustrated outburst, and think about how ridiculous those comments are from the PGMOL, in defence of their officials.
Like I've said numerous times, unfortunately to no avail, this affects all clubs at this level.
I can see that this part of my post...I can only speak for myself obviously but no. I don't get so worked up about it all. I never have got that upset about referee decisions before or after they were mic'd up, goalline technology etc.
Just chill out chap. No need to snap at anybody. The 'ridiculous' I've seen has been the previous multiple frustrated outbursts from multiple Vale fans about referees, agendas, FL vendettas etc it went on too long and was tbh embarrassing. Amusing but embarrassing. It's just football. Lower league football.
Penultimate game of the season if we’re still in the mix we’ll take way more than a thousand there.Don’t think we would take a thousand to MK. I for one have no interest in attending that place, despite doing around 80% of away games for the last few seasons

is proving difficult to overcome.
No, seriously TVM, the point has completely passed you and a few others by. Quite clearly given the way I started this whole subject back off. I didn’t want to kick the whole conspiracy shite off again. I was merely providing an update on the feedback Vale have had from the PGMOL. Not one single response since has even acknowledged those..not one.Can you also see that you are missing the point? Calm down chap stop being so emotional it's really not that important. People don't care.
Does that make it sink in a little?
This is the crux of the point being made here, but it's passing people by somehow.I'm with mozzavale in as far as the PGMOL comments set a dangerous precedent. You can't have an independent adjudicator making onfield decisions...you might as well do a straw poll of the crowd. I also find it crazy that linesman genuinely thought there was goal line technology in league 2. This is the sort of shit we're all being subjected to and it needs to stop.
Exactly. Completely agree. I remember at the time of the Bradford decision saying I'm absolutely fine with it. It's a judgement call. You win some you lose some. The reason I brought it back up is because literally 2 days ago, we learnt the PGMOL had told the club that an adjudicator was mic'd up influencing decisions. We also learnt that a linesman forgot he didn't have goal line technology.Refs and officials are crap. End of.
I didn't know assessors were micd up to the refs. That seems an odd one to me. But that call in our game is like any offside call at this level, marginal and open to error. Not saying it makes the man in the stand making the call appropriate though because it doesn't.
We had a clear goal at that end of the ground missed v Salford (12-18 inches over the line). So I'm taking that as our two points back.

Surely that's a topic worthy of discussion? I'd be saying the same regardless of who it happened against. I'm still in shock Crewe didn't get their red card overturned. How Stoke didn't get a penalty earlier in the season is a mystery. Fuck Vale, the focus here is on the horrific standard of officiating, and how they are then defended.
That's what our fans were saying on the pod. Apparently the liner is used to being in the Championship, so he's waited for the refs signal which never came, so assumed it mustn't have crossed the line.Yeah the technology thing is wild. Well, both scenarios are.
But when has lower league football ever had goal line tech? That's definitely an excuse made up after the fact and yet it still makes no sense.
