Got that Jaylon Smith prediction a bit wrong eh, did not see that coming at all. Glad Jack went early as well and a great pickup for the Jags, their defense has got a hell of a lot better in the last 48 hours, and with essentially another rookie in Fowler this year, they could be really dangerous.

Very happy with Alexander, starting calibre if the character issues don't rear their head, but think he's in a good place to deal with that.

Favourite drafts so far the Saints and the Lions for me.

Really pleased with Robinson another guy that should be starting straight away and should only get better. Pleased with the Glasgow pick in the 3rd as well. He'll go into camp with the chance of fighting Swanson for the starting job at centre. You'll only know how good a draft is years down the line, but on paper this is an extremely good draft so far for the Lions - clearly just needed a Pats guy all along!!!

Bengals' drafts are so boring, I get the logic of stockpiling, picking BPA and using the draft to replenish but that only seems smart if you're AFC champions or summat and not a team that loses in the first round of the playoffs every season. I think Jackson, Boyd and Vigil are all good players (Jackson in particular I think could be an outstanding CB with his mix of athleticism and ball skills) and were probably the top players on our board at the time but corner and linebacker weren't a necessity for 2016 and Boyd is essentially a replacement for Sanu as a fairly solid slot receiver.

Top 2 needs for 2016 were an outside receiver and a pass rusher (inside or outside) and those are still the needs. Biggest position you could upgrade was Center because Bodine sucks and they've not addressed that either.

Really pleased with this Lions draft so far, also great to see Boehringer drafted, gone to the Vikings so might see him get some game time in the NFC North next season.

hey Carel, the German Football League had as many draftees as the Longhorns did.

Happy with the Packers draft. Our interior ILB additions should really see us stout vs the run, especially with Barrington coking back too. Bit concerned we've no ILB who can chase on passing downs, but have heard that the 3rd round player Fackrell might be used inside for that duty.

Spriggs seems to be a lauded pick, will probably be 1st backup in all tackle and guard spots in 2016 but then be a starter in 2017 when one of Bakhtiari, Langley or Sitton moves on.

Is that the Cardinal one?

I believe it is available on Amazon Prime but not sure where else.

Yup. The euros have made the summer go slightly less slow but it's all in gear now.

When are roster cuts? Must be happening shortly, right?

Think the first lot of roster cuts down to 75 happen before the final week of preseason and then final cuts after that fourth preseason game.

I'm thinking it's probably worth for once giving Brady a lot of game time in these games as he will be out for the first four games and isn't even allowed to practise with the team. Have to admit I'm intrigued by how Jimmy G will get on in place of him, hopefully he can light it up and tempt some team to give up a high draft pick for him or something like that. Would be good karma.

Yep. Ok, thanks.

Did you have any joy?

Your post reminded me of this and luckily my partner has Prime so I'm now 6 episodes in, it is very good.

I think if karma was a thing, the Pats are well overdue something terrible to happen instead.

Roll call for fantasy this year? Usual deal, NFL.com standard scoring. Newcomers and old hands welcome alike.
