When he's on his game, he's pretty unplayable. Hopefully he will be today.
Same can be said for most players in the League. Sterling is a great player mind, though he'll never step up as he now plays for money over passion.

Walcott on the right rather than the left, surely?

That team doesn't look title-winning to me. Flamini and Campbell (well as he's done recently) are the weak links. A win would be massive.

Walcott and Campbell finished on the left last time out. Campbell has been reliable defensively and will track back to help Bellerin with Sterling.. That starting XI isn't title winning, but it's not a bad side for one missing 3 of its most important players - Alexis, Cazorla, and Coquelin. Navas has started several games for Manchester City and I don't think he's any better than Campbell. I agree Flamini will be the costly inclusion.

He's been out a few weeks, looks like he wasn't so keen on the rest and relaxation.

Think I plumped in the predictor for 2 - 3 to City, but this one really could go either way. Should be a good match as a neutral.

They're biceps mate, not balls. I'd hate to have a work out with you in the gym!
Its a reference to a convo we had the other night saying he's the only Arsenal player that looks like a man and not some tarted up bimbo like the rest of them.

You've referenced testicles twice in this thread today, JJ.

When's the last time there was a player at one of the Sky 4 (and Liverpool) that was as universally liked as Alexis?

Not fancying your team for the win tonight then? I was initiallly looking at 2-1 Arsenal
Not really. Think City's attacking mids will have a field day vs Flamini and Ramsey.

I'm with Smat - I think this is a score draw. If we had Coqulin and Cazorla I'd feel confident. Flamini - Ramsey isn't the midfield partnership to combat Silva and De Bruyne. What Wenger does in January is more important to our title chances than this match, in my opinion. We can lose this and still win the title; we cannot win the title without signing at least one midfielder.

If you look very closely Thesp you'll notice that the majority of my posts contain bollocks. Just far more subtly.

And I'll go with Henry.

You have to feel Kompany missing is a big plus for the Gunners .

Yeah. Even though they do end up fielding a CB partnership which cost £60million.

Why the fuck aren't City walking this league?

Man City haven't scored an away goal since September, admittedly only 3 matches and the goal they did score in the match before was in the 4-1 defeat at Spurs. Hardly intimidating away from home.

Unless Yaya is in an attacking role and that graphic is just a guess based on the personnel as they usually are.

He was on £3.50 an hour and expenses at Liverpool, I believe.

Anyway. I'd obviously take a draw now.

Aye, I think that's a smart choice by Pellegrini. Our best chance to win this is if we storm the opening 20-30 like we did against Manchester United; Delph + Fernandinho makes this more difficult.

Having said that, Joel Campbell is going to score today. I think we're going to cede more possession and play on the counter - I'm unsure why that i correlated with Campbell scoring.

Lee Dixon on NBC saying that Pires, who still trains with the club, told him that Alexis was on track to be on the bench today but his hamstring still troubled him yesterday in training. Glad we didn't risk him.
