Really don't think Given had much of a chance, similar to Alexis' effort against Liverpool at home which left some questioning Mignolet. Just because a ball ends up near the center of the net, that doesn't mean it can be saved. Thierry Henry vs. United years ago was my visceral comparison. Incredulous power for such little back-lift.

Watched the match again before I fell asleep last night. 1) If Francis Coquelin keeps this form up next season, there aren't many destroyers we can buy which will improve us. I haven't seen such a committed team performer in an Arsenal shirt in over a decade. Very likable player. 2) It's a shame to see Ramsey on the wing, and I hope he is content playing a similar role for a season or two when everyone is fit, but Santi Cazorla is as good of a center midfielder as there is in the league. He and Özil were untouchable on Saturday; moving through the midfield like they were ice skating. A little disappointed a lack of killer instinct near the end cost us 2nd place, but this is the most talented, and balanced, Arsenal side since 2005.
