I expect us to lose today, but we did look more like a football team and created chances against Woking so there's a glimmer of hope. There's certainly potential for an upset down there.

After Boden and Roberts got rightly dropped last game, I've just seen that Keates has now put Marcus Kelly on the bench. If we're sticking with 442 then Leo Smith should function better down that left side. He looked good there in pre-season and deserves a chance.

Expecting Woking to score at least 5 today as we line up with no more than 4 strikers starting. God knows what formation we're playing, can't even put together a full bench.

10 minute delay in the Solihull vs Tranmere game because of problems with the nets.

0-0 half time. Daggers had a lot of chances from distance and been on top since our pressure in the first 15 minutes.
Horrible feeling we'll get reffed out of this one, he's given some bizarre decisions against us so far.

We have NO strikers fit for today, all four out injured.
At the start of the season I went otno Devachat and pointed out that whilst their forward signings looked decent on paper I'd be a little concerned of the injury records of White, Akintunde and Hannah.

I got called a goat c**t

Our best win of the season that and Pearson & Smith sounded like rocks once again in defence. We are solid as fuck at the back but we need another striker to stop all this desperate hanging on at the end of games. Haven't won a game by more than a single goal yet.

Sounded like a fair result at Crabble. Draw specialists coming from behind again to make it 30 unbeaten.

Will take that; looking good for my mid-table prediction!

With Winfield, Clark, Rance, Connors and now Drury and Magri (international duty) missing, I'm not surprised we're not getting the wins.

Holy shit.

Up to 4th place.

Smith and Pearson were nailed on to be a sensational centre back pairing. No surprise that we can grind out results like that with them two in the defence. Sounded like Police Community Support Officer Dibble had another good game in goal too. Which is a bit of a bonus.

Be nice to start putting the football in the net a bit more, but at least we are creating chances now.

Baffled that we are only 6 off of top.

We'll probably win the league at a canter even after our horrific start.

Was it against the LAW for sides to score at home today or something?

Has Dunn lost his place then at Wrexham or is he not fit or something?

As for the close 1 nil wins, I've always believed grinding out results is a sign of a decent side. I know holding onto a one goal lead makes for an uncomfortable afternoon as we had loads of those when we were promoted back in 2014, but personally I wouldn't worry too much. I would start to worry only when my side's grinding out narrow wins but undeservedly so and the other side could've easily got a goal or two.

I think literally the inverse happened, bizarrely stopped 2 clear advantage decisions.

The team was not prepared for the pitch today I think due to the timing of games .We must have lost their footing more than 15 times . Tactically the weather did not allow our normal countering tactics and we really did not look adept to a slow game.

That being said I could not be prouder of the teams performance today the midfield and defence played their hearts out against a very well drilled routine which looked to stretch us. Great game to watch technically

.

He was injured in the warm up three games ago, but is back fit and was on the bench today. I'd imagine Dibble will keep his place for now though. He's playing well.

I'll take a draw against Dagenham. That's three teams Maidstone have knocked off the top of the table. Too hot and sluggish for football. Could have gone either way.

Back to the top we go. We've won more away games this month than all of last season. Proper battling performance by Sutton today, one of those days where 1-11 were great

Agree with all that, I think about the only decisions the ref got right were the bookings for the red card.
Can't get my head around Saunders making no changes in midfield, we clearly needed some legs second half and the only sub he made was taking off Pigott for ter Horst. That change then negated our threat late on as we were just crossing to DSY who was too knackered to jump.

I could go on Red Passion and get called something similar, you know that.

Akintunde actually made the bench in the end and came on. Not really the problem though, it's the manager.

2nd year running that we have played over an hour at Ea$tleigh with 10 men, and the 2nd season in a row that they were hanging on for a point. Rowe and Taylor both should have scored late on while I cant remember Cole making a save 2nd half.

Considering we also lost Oyeleke and Arnold to injury a point was a pretty good result in the end

The first looked like he slipped but I would not blindly stick by that judgment.

I think it was a really good decision for you to bring on a winger.Jake Howells came on originallly as a deep lying LM to double up on Zavon Hines .

He then played as a LCM /CM to deal with the constant wide balls Piggot and Ter Host was getting into space for .

The move really pushed our left flank back and stopped us committing to attacks as our target man Hawkins had little options
