So you play one game, you have nearly 14 thousand extra fans ABOVE your average for the season. If ANY club in football didn't have a good atmosphere against Manchester United I'd be disgusted.

But saying that, it was fucking rubbish when losing. And applauding Wayne Rooney when he scored was downright pathetic.

Our stadium is far far better for atmosphere. Factamundo.

The atmosphere at Bloomfield is shite. In fact, everything about the ground and its anorak fans is shite.

Did people clap Rooney? news to me.

United had 4,500 in the kop, the ground holds a maximum of 21,500 and our average is 10,600+. So that's an extra 6,000, not 14,000.

You will never, ever see 17,000+ home fans at Blackpool. Gobshite.

By the way, did you enjoy defending for 90 minutes? Scored one goal that should have been saved. You are a rank average League One side. I'd be shocked if you got into the automatics.

Since when did playing the third best team in the country in the FA Cup dictate our ability in League One?

Especially when we were missing our first choice keeper, our marquee signing in January and with a couple of loans coming in on top of that. You see, we will be re-investing the money made from last night....and yes, I did enjoy the game, especially our goal.

Kurt has lost it this last week or so, he's literally breaking down infront of our very eyes.

Poor lad.

At least he can enjoy the atmosphere in their state of the art stadium.

Will Watt has pretty much got every thing wrong about our football club for the past 6 months, so I'm not exactly going to take his twitter feed with any interest. And it's well over 700. Which is poor but throughly understandable. Be more than a thousand there. If you saw our team, you'd understand why. It was worse than your side that took you lot down.

Thanks Kurt, just link us to your report quoting the 700 and I'll amend my initial post.

Cheers.

Edit - I'm joking of course Kurt, your word is good enough for me.

It would be quite embarrassing for Blackpool if they were relegated with a lower away average than we had in 2010-2011, wouldn't it?

Considering they have Bolton, Wigan, Blackburn, Huddersfield and Leeds on the fixture list and they claim to have a better away support than us.

Both West Lancashire teams are tinpot.

There's a plastic in town. Bought a Premier League title in my life time, spent about 20 years in the top flight and can still only manage 15k in the second tier. Thank God for Jack Walker eh?

£20 a ticket to watch a second string team.

Case closed.

Hardly bought the title either. Spent £15m that season, 5m less than United.

5,928 fans for the fourth round match v Swansea ladies and gentleman.

Case closed.

It was the fact they only managed about 13k (4500 Stoke) at home to a top 10 Prem team. Very disappointing.

Blackpool journo Will Watt is at it again, he's now claiming Blackpool have sold just over 700 tickets as of this morning for tomorrow v Blackburn.

This guy is a nuisance and must be stopped from spreading these lies.

So, 944 Blackpool fans for the nearest game of the season. 25, maybe 30 miles is it to Blackburn?

Bit disappointing considering Kurt had them down as 700 tickets shifted 5 days ago...

Good point though for Clark and his troops.

As a man who is all about perspective.

Fleetwood brought 1,488 fans to Deepdale in a League One fixture.

Ah Preston, notorious for taking massive followings everywhere. We are not worthy.

It's going to be good fun having front row seats to the Preston, Blackpool and Fleetwood fall out next season!
