To be honest my first thought on seeing that was who the hell is Bailey we have on the bench?

Suppose one option could be drop Hurst back into midfield and with Amoo on the bench (I'm assuming there is next to no chance McKirdy will get brought on) have him play out wide.

Smith and Crookes was probably not the combination anyone would expect but its the right thing to drop Legge as much as I like him. Just hope them two get their communication nailed down as they seem to be two of the more naturally quieter lads in our team. Mills is a very lucky boy that he has another start.

4th defeat in a row for us and the 4th time and 5 games we've played fairly well in the first half and taken the lead or got ourselves back into the game and then in the second half we've offered nothing and generally been terrible to watch and today was no different.

Cambridge I didn't think played that well, but they took their chances in the second half and defended well to see the game out in poor conditions.

Falling naturally back to our proper position in the table, but my god we've been poor overall for a month now. Thought we managed to turn the corner beating Newport, but our second half performances apart that game have been terrible.

Vale have a strategy to hit us in the wide areas - must be why they're successful against 3-5-2. Our strategy appears to be swing a leg at it and hope Quigley can get a head on it.
