The annoyance of there are "very few black managers/coaches" but if they were any good they would have a job and be recognisable to fans. If you take the most recent manager/coach he didn't keep QPR in the Premier League. Years ago Paul Ince wasn't any good, Keith Cirle wasn't any good and it's not about racism either.
