Morgan Bacon is by far the dirtiest player in the league. With 1 booking from 0 appearances meaning his bookings per game now stands at infinity.

Not giving the ball back wasn't it? Early booking for your keeper for taking his time too, obviously poor research on our ability to actually do anything even if you let us have the ball.

Good 3 points and clean sheet but fuck me we are dire to watch.

That second half felt like the second half of a year. It was painful.

It’s good that we’re resolute and solid at the back and can grind stuff out, but we have to improve our attacking play, not only for the teams sake but for the sake of paying fans who’ll get bored to death with that brand of football every week

I presume so, the only thing a player on the bench can be booked for is dissent really. Game got a little niggly in the second half.

A dull 1-0 win as predicted. Milwall lad was lively.

That is the reason why I don't go at the moment, Im not spending £20 to watch a drab mid table team.

If we had sorted the defence out last season and not stuck with that useless donkey Raynes then who knows maybe we would of went up. It is weird seeing us keep clean sheets now.

Why Curle resorts to so much hoof ball is puzzling because when we play it on the deck we create stuff.

Anonymous, not the best game to judge him on though, we did very little going forward.

Good signs from him though. Unlike Bennett who always tries (and usually fails) to head on every ball that comes his way, Stockton where possible was always looking to take the ball to feet. He was a bit rusty and lacked a bit of sharpness but with games he’ll be an improvement on our other shite.

Both games between us and Carlisle this season have been incredibly dull.

Fair play to Carlisle though, well organised and get the job done.

You're punching way above your weight being in this league mate.

TRUTH.

We can create stuff, but we're just as capable of overplaying and fucking things up. Most of our good fast passing yesterday (or the last few times I've seen us) have been counter-attacks, we're not really keeping possession, or keeping the ball in the attacking third, or fashioning great chances from our attacks, we defend pretty well, pass through midfield quickly and then run out of ideas and either lash a half-chance towards goal or give the ball away cheaply, and then as usual our goal comes from a set-piece.

There were certainly times, even yesterday when I was crying for the defender to hoof it clear so you can understand why Curle might want us to just do the ugly side of the game at times, but I don't think he could have wanted us to sit back so much in the second half yesterday against a team who posed so little threat. It was an opportunity for us to get a big result but instead in trying to protect the lead we caused more trouble for our own goalie than FGR did.

Well then I'm not gan back until we are more entertaining, what the fuck is there to lose if we're stuck in mid table anyway?

Vegan options will be available in the away end and the directors suite, so there you have it.
It was noted that Carlisle honoured FGR with a vegan menu throughout club.
That was something special from a Chairman of a meat company and much appreciated by the travelling fans who are anyway mostly meat eaters.
Please convey our sincere thanks to your chairman.

BTW I enjoyed my trip [except result of course]. Everybody I met was friendly and we even had to smile at end of match when a six-year-old Carlisle fan ran after away supporters coach giving it the finger.
