Other than 6 FA Cups, 2 First Divison titles and a League Cup.

Meanwhile Rotherham have never finished higher than 3rd in the second tier. Oh, and you've won the JPT

6 Fa cups before the WW2.

2 league titles before WW1 and one that you bought.

I'll give you the one league cup.

Apart from that it's like being taught a fucking acient history lesson, akin to what it'd be like debating this with a Preston or Bolton fan. Bar Manchester, Lancashire is a graveyard and full of 'once upon a time' clubs.

Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley have done what lately? or ever?

Sheffield United have won fuck all since well before WW2 and in recent times Sheff Wednesday have done nothing bar a few cup final appearances in the early 90's.

Good argument.

Sheff U and Barnsley FA cup semi finalists in recent times.

Wednesday got to FA cup final in the 90's and won the league cup.

Pretty awesome for an area of our size.

Considering it contains the third biggest city in England, I tend to disagree.

It's certainly no more a hotbed than London, Manchester, Merseyside or the East Midlands.

The trophy count of the North West, or the traditional area of Lancashire, must dwarf any other in the country.

BORO
Leeds Champions league semi finalists fairly recently.

Wednesday won the league cup and got to final of the FA cup in the 90's

Boro got to the UEFA cup final under McClaren.

So quite simply, no,
Love how Boro is suddenly back in Yorkshire for the benefit of this argument, LOL. Oh and don't forget our League Cup win in 2004.
It took us 128 years to win something. Problably be as long before we win owt else.

If your on about Yorkshire as a whole it's the biggest county in the country ffs always massively underachieved at the game all of us. Lancashire rules football in this country that's a fact always will be stop making yourself sound a fool oh and please don't be classing boro as being part of Yorkshire there not welcome.

Teams of Yorkshire have always underachieved at the game? who sounds a fool with that comment? Leeds dominated English football for nearly a decade and Wednesday are historically a 1st divison side, you're refering to Sheff U in those comments.

If you were intelligent enough to read my posts which you're clearly not you'll see I mentioned Lancashire (minus Manchester sides), so you're telling me without the Manchester sides Lancashire has ruled and will rule English football? (because I'm realising you're not the sharpest, Liverpool isn't in Lancashire, just thought I'd mention that in case).

Apart from the years between 1968-1996, Middlesbrough has always been and will be North Yorkshire.

Preston,Burnley,Blackburn, even maybe Blackpool all have richer history's than you, donny and barnsley and there all smaller towns. Liverpool is in Lancashire so shut up you absolute Mongoloid. You're a fucking embarrassment at least when Rotherham do shit you never post on here with all your shite.

We were talking recent history, again another point you've missed due to not reading anything. Those clubs recent history's are mediocre and the likes of Burnley and Blackburn have been notorious yo-yo clubs between the championship and PL, the others have done fuck all.

Liverpool is not in Lancashire and hasn't been since 1974.

Before you challenge me, educate yourself and try to contrsuct a sentence properly.

But Manchester is. So why are we not including the Manchester clubs? Purely because it doesn't suit your argument?

Also, recent history? other than Leeds reaching the CL semi finals what have any Yorkshire club done in recent history?

OK then Burnley and Blackburn have better recent history than our so called great clubs in Leeds and Wednesday. Make your fucking mind up one minute Leeds dominated a decade the next were on about recent history. Your an argumentative prick always have been always will be. And you always are made to look a mug.
