What is it about fans wearing face masks in games against us? Villa for Petrov, Blackpool for Ince and now PNE for Grayson. Well at least it's not clappers like Fulham.

Poor turnout at Wolves from us, I didn't go but even if it wasn't on a Valentines weeknight I wouldn't have bothered at £30 a ticket with no pay on the gate and obviously I wasn't alone. We should hopefully have a fair few more at Birmingham next month at £20 a ticket. Blackburn charging us £27, regardless I'd be disappointed if it wasn't our biggest away turnout of the season considering it's a Saturday and how important the match is. I can't understand Latics fan wanting to miss out the chance to give Coyle the clown some stick.

Wigan fans saying it's our cup final cus we've sold 4700... nah lads, it's just other teams can actually muster good away followings. Especially against teams 10 mins away... unlike your what was it? 2.5k?

Pretty sure we were 23rd in the league without a win in 7 when we came to your place, not to mention it was a Friday night on TV. If the roles were reserved we'd have probably taken just as many as you are to us.

Having said that, I've seen some right garbage on social media from idiots on both sides over the past couple of days. Fully grown adults on hidden accounts trying to "bait" opposition fans, christ almighty these people need to go and do something more productive in their lives like getting jobs and girlfriends! It's not even a bloody derby match, I'd much rather beat QPR on Tuesday.

Wigan is probably our most accessible game, certainly by train anyway

Perhaps people want to hide from the embarrassment of playing Wigan a, by all rights, non-league stature side?

Can we get some organised Coyle hatred going? Would be brilliant to have all 4 sides giving him stick :animatedf::lol:

Trust me he'll get it from everyone on our side, probably the most hated Wigan manager we've ever had, certainly in my lifetime anyway.

Must resist the urge to bite!!! :D To be honest, I'd rather face up to the embarrassment of playing us than wear a bloody Paul Ince mask!

He's the 2nd most hated manager we've had in my lifetime (and presumably for a long time before. Although me saying that implies Steve Kean was a "manager"...

Fair. And yeah it's the whole reciprocal pricing thing. 4k would still be a good turnout at £30 tbf.

Speaking of which, £33 for us at QPR on a Tuesday night in March. The fuck is that supposed to be?

That is what our fans get charged for the same view, so we aren't ripping you off more than we are our own fans. I don't understand why we are charging so much but maybe it will drop next year now we are paying out less. Doubt it though.

Villa allocation is 2,474. Hope we remember that next season if we don't go up.

don't go all Newcastle on us. The max you will get is 2800.
I just find it funny you have started reducing the full allocation, I'd be tit for tat next season, assuming we don't go up, or god forbid you don't go down.

strange and I don't understand the reason for doing so. In the prem it was 2900 but they have netted off the corner seats which I'd guess is around 100 seats. We will probably only need the top tier next season at your gaff, especially at those prices.

That's fair enough. I just assumed that being a fairly unattractive fixture (for both sides I guess) it'd be cheaper to encourage people to come. One of those where it's 20 quid on all sides of the ground.

I mean yes we are the lowest category (although there's only two), but that's only A QUID less than Category A. What's the point in having categories if they're basically the same price? We'll be lucky to have a few hundred down there.

Steve Kean had you higher in this league than any other manager has since.

I don't get you at all, one day you're crying hysterically about the Venky's and how it's all their fault, next day it's the managers fault. Why would you want to give him loads of stick for having you only a few points adrift, in what is apparently impossible circumstances?

Don't even fucking start on Kean, it doesn't matter that he had us in the top 6 when it was his and Venky's incompetence that brought us into this league anyway.

Obviously the main issue at Rovers is Venky's, but there's complex dealings involving agents (SEM/Kentaro/Jerome Anderson) that Coyle used to be represented by. In his first interview as manager he was asked whether he was still represented by them, to which he replied "no, never heard of them". He blatantly lied in his first interview, not really the best start.

And then there's the normal manager stuff; he's tactically inept. He continues to play Feeney when everyone else can see Mahoney is a far better player, for example.

That was 7, going on 8 years ago now. He had one good season with the dingles and every season since he's been shit.

1396 Brighton at Oakwell.
Good noisy support, thought they'd bring a lot more though. It's a long way but top of the league with nearly 30,000 at home every week, 1,400 is bugger all really.

Their away support is wank. Every other club would be taking 2-3K away if they were second.

Not too bad considering it's a Monday night, televised and a seemingly bad feeling around the Club at the minute RE poor form.
