The upper tier holds 2k. Blues never had that many there. I think it was around 1800. I think they left a block empty, or part of a block. Either way, they would of sold the full 2k, if allowed.

Fair play to them, their support has been outstanding this season for no logical reasoning.

Another great effort from Leeds, but hardly surprising. Can see you selling out every game this season. Your home support has impressed me this season, for the simple fact that you've not had crowds like this on a regular basis since you were in the prem.
8000 more season ticket holders so whether they go or not the attendance will still include them, home attendance figures for every club are false.

Gone are the days when they used to announce 40k, but in reality it was closer to 50k.

PNE presold 309 tonight. Our following at SU the other week (rightly) took a beating, and given most are off work which they weren't when we played and Preston's position I don't think that's any good really.

It's not great but by context aren't their gates about a 1/3 lower than yours and have two away games in three days, context and all that, this is an expensive time of year and this payday has to last til end of January.

We've sold 1,400 for the Carlisle cup game so they've now given us some on the terrace, stood on there in 1997 for an FA Cup tie, been there a few times and sacking it off as got Brentford and Blades to fund.

It's a horrible trip too plus it's on the tele. I'm sure we all understand why people don't want to travel that far at this time of year?
I wish we still had the days of double headers against someone relatively local over Xmas / new year, it makes perfect sense TBH. We should be playing Cardiff this weekend really.

They are at home yeah. I know it's horrible atm, I've still got to sort travel, match tickets and hotels for City, Derby and Bolton and I don't even get paid until the 26th. Got tomorrow late KO as well so will be an expensive day and then NYE in Sheffield and NYD in Birmingham, I'm absolutely broke

We played Barnsley on boxing day so it's 2 games in 3 days as Southey said.

300 may be shit but it's on tele so why are people going to bother, whether they're off work or not. Also add to it that we always get beat at Cardiff.

Missing tomorrow in favor of Carlisle, still love FA Cup 3rd round day.

Given us 500 terrace tickets which we should sell easily, max terrace is 1,700 so we can have some more if needed.

Very good effort from Wednesday again for Carlisle. I'd be amazed if we take more than 600 to ipswich

Our final number for Bristol City is 3442.

Cracking numbers that for saying it's on tv.

Mind you it's not too far, accessible by train, and a bloody good day out. Bit like our game at Fulham last month when we took about 3k.

Reyt lads, as much as I do slate some numbers it's testament to a lot of us that we do spend our hard earned watching our teams on the road. Keep it up.

Not sure on next update, was informed just before Christmas that my mother had passed away so obviously being next of kin that is my priority, I'll still be a lairy c*** and that but take it with a pinch of salt.

All the best.

Last time I came down on the train and we went to a pub near Temple Meads station and got a taxi to the ground. I'm driving down today, taking my brother and young nephew with me so I'll be going straight to the ground mate.

Expensive time of year and it being on TV on a Friday night wasnt allowed to be given as an excuse when it was us.
Our numbers up there were poor, but so is that from Preston, especially as they have 80 odd miles less to travel.

Has Bristol moved? Preston to Cardiff is further than your trip to Bramall Lane.

Add in the fact we played away 3 days prior, in between christmas and new year and you can see why the numbers where so low.
