Just found out is was made into a city in 2002, think I need to go back to school? And yes Preston is smaller than Derby, I take it Wigan,Burnley and Blackpool are still towns. Or have they changed to? I left school back in 1987.

Rotherham is only a town but is a lot bigger than some people think.

We do have history to be fair, both clubs, but so do Preston, Huddersfield, Bolton etc, it's all a long time ago

Both clubs could easily attract 40k plus crowds every match in Premier if you had the capacity. Not massive like Man Utd and Liverpool but definitely big.

Nah we couldn't for every game, certain games maybe so but not too often.

Correct. Burnley are the best supported club in the country I think population wise

Big catchment area over there though, draw a lot of support from the surrounding villages and towns like Colne, Padiham & Nelson.

Read on Twitter Ipswich have sold over 400 for tomorrow night, very decent effort if it’s right.

Sheffield Utd tickets have been on sale since last Monday to STHs and we’ve sold about 700, general sale is Monday and the game isn’t until the 30th so be interested to see what we take. Initial allocation was 1,650ish, assume they’ll extend it if needed.

Tickets for Wednesday away were meant to go on sale today but there has been delays in sorting out prices and allocation. Think we’ve had this problem before for this game. Should be a good day with the Grand National on at 5.15. Think i’ll be staying over in Sheffield for the night, and make a night of it.
