Our away followings have been crap this year compared to last. Notts Forest have a surprisingly poor number too.

Not a pop at you Nook Terrier. Let's get some fact straight here. Huddersfield have never brought 2000 to our place, they were given 1700 tickets than another 500. Because of our financial issues AND you have to give the police 1 weeks notice so they can organise their shifts, HTFC only contacted us on Mon/Tues asking for more tickets, BUT couldn't guarantee selling enough to open the upper tier, so we told them to bugger off when they could tell us they would sell more than another 500. HTFC wouldn't guaarntee this so no more tickets. Some hudds fans have said they will get tickets for the home end, my advice is don't for obvious reasons

None taken, although reckon we could of shiften another 1,000 at least if included POTD the demand was that big after Preston & QPR.

After our previous followings I can't blame either club really, just frustrating for those who can't go.

Apologies but i don't really understand the first sentence?

You'd be surprised, there's that buzz back around the place with Wagner in charge and completely reforming this team.

If Hoyle keeps to his word, spends a bit of brass and we continue the current performances we should see away numbers rise, which have been shite the last 18 months in comparison to previous years.

You put 'could of' it's could have. It's a grammatical mistake that is creeping into society too much.

I'm not doubting town can sell them but in all honesty you'd have asked for it if you were that confident. All in my humble opinion of course.

Bit annoyed with the boro average as it is considering what it would have been if the Blackburn game went ahead. 6000 at least would have been there. The match has been rescheduled for a Tuesday night in feb which is apparently half term so hopefully get a good amount going still.

Ours is a lot poorer than last season. Other than the obvious factors (we're absolutely horrendous away; P12 W2 D1 L9 and it's our second season here so not many 'new' grounds), we've been a little unlucky as of those 12 games, 5 have been weeknights and 2 of those were Brighton and Boro which is just plain unfair.

With Wednesday, Hull and Bolton still to go, plus some not too far away like Burnley, MK and Wolves I think we'll be over 1k again, but very possible we won't make it over if performances continue like they have been away and Wednesday charge silly money.

Expect it will be £36

I think £30 is my upper limit. Felt annoyed paying that at Norwich and I think yourselves last season? Cannot justify £36 for second tier football, local derby or not.

Sold the full 5.3k for WBA nearly a week before the game, could have probably sold another 1,000 to this - not sure why the demand is so high though...

Aye, I salute all those hardy souls who went to watch their team who have spent 20 odd million in the summer in a top of the table clash a few hours up the road.

Samaritans the lot of 'em, I'm sure they'll all be commended appropriately.

Oh, Derby don't give out 1/3 of their away tickets then?

That explains why your home attendances are decent, I can see it all now...

Genuine question, are you under medical supervision? I don't believe any sane adult, or child for that matter, would post the drivel you do. But hey if it keeps you 'normal' keep doing it.

Nobody here should be made to feel ostracised and unwelcome. The way you continually try to antagonise him and discourage new users from posting is bullying. There is no reason for you to be hostile.

Hold up, when have I antagonised him? and any new poster is welcome by me, this section lacks good numbers, I just his posts to be quite infantile and pull the site down. Do you believe his posts are any good? interesting? that's my issue with it all.

You seem to have an issue with me mind, maybe a PM could sort it.

all the best.

I do get your point but if you travelled to Norwich and paid £30 you're actually saving money paying £36 to go to Wednesday with travel, food and drink etc...

Fair enough Leeds and Wednesday charge a fair wack but I don't mind paying it cos I'm only paying a fraction in other expenses. Can stay in Rotherham for a start and reap benefits of £2 pints. Set off later have some breakfast at home, save a bit there, it's all relative for me, could end up spending £50 on your full day for Wednesdsy/Leeds it'll be more than that for a match ticket and travel to Norwich for example.

I do understand that theory, but you have to draw the lie somewhere.

I could afford to go to Wednesday (as you say, I pay more in travel to many more games) but I won't be ripped off by some foreign merchant trying to rip off the working man so he can experiment with his toy in a chase for the Premiership.

And it's not just Wednesday. I'm the same with Leeds or whomever decide to play silly nuggets.
