Not sure where to begin here. I'll start by saying that Liverpool performance was right up there with one of the best I've seen. So comfortable on the ball...so much energy....won every 50/50. That said, we couldn't have made it easier for them.

The tactics...again...were fucking ludicrous. We had 6 men defending against a side that didn't have a fucking center forward on the until the 7th minute. Cahill and Terry looked lost, they hadn't a fucking clue what to do with themselves so starting marking Ramires and Mikel. The full back situation I've been through before...it's a fucking joke that in a game as big as this at home he plays a CB at right back and a right back at left back.
Eden Hazard can do one as far as I'm concerned....he's an astonishingly good player but if he can't be arsed to at least challenge for the ball because he's in a mood with his manager then he's best of going elsewhere.

If Mourinho had any respect for the club he'd hand in his resignation tonight....he's lost control and he knows it. His negative football and behaviour stinks and I want him as far away as possible from this club.

4 more games left for me this season....I'm probably going to have to pay someone to sit in my seat for the remainder of the season.

Easy supporting a team when it's going well isn't it.

What happened to the half time whistle. Two mins added, goal scored well passed that.

It's always the minimum they say though. Something could happen after the announcement that adds more time on. I remember Owen scoring well past the announced time against City once.

It is an absolute pleasure to witness Mourinho and Chelsea falling to pieces. Fat headed manager of a club owned by a dodgy billionaire who has bought success and it's all going down the fuckin toilet for them. Karma for the people who hate the brand that football is now.

Going down the toilet? They'll have one poor season then turn it around with an uber spend.

They are running out of uber managers to manage them though, its fine having good players, but if the manager isn't up to it then neither will the team be.

Barnet don't play at Underhill any more if you were thinking of crawling back to them...

Coutinho showed a lot of category. And once more I can't believe Kaká got one place on our national team and not him.

On this season alone, Coutinho didn't deserve that spot on the Brazil squad.

In fairness to Mourinho he's going through a pretty tough time personally, I heard his dad at major heart surgery recently and it's very touch and go. I feel sorry for him.

They hired, fired and hired Mourinho. Ancelotti would go back to Chelsea, so would Hiddink. In terms of upgrades on Mourinho they are pretty limited but in terms of top class managers that would say yes they've got a fair few to choose from.

Would Ancelotti go back? Maybe, but I think it could go either way. Isn't Hiddink retired as well now? Someone who may be interested would be Simeone who would certainly get them back competitive, but he wouldn't leave Atletico midseason. After that I think it would be a leftfield appointment as I wouldn't see Guardiola going there either if he leaves Bayern this season.

Simeone is just a younger Mourinho no?

Yep he is, but he loves his players, something Mou used to do rather than treat them with disdain as he does now. He'd do a good job there I reckon.

That would go some way to explaining why he looked like he was on the verge of tears in his post match interview.

So made up, never in a million years did I see us scoring 3 at Stamford Bridge against a Mourinho team!!

As decent as we were, Chelsea surprised me on how bad they were. I can't figure out what's happened to them. Maybe it's the lack of big signings to keep the first team on their toes? Might be Eva situation...could be loads of things.

We were really lucky with Lucas not getting red carded. But I find it hard to have sympathy for Chelsea...after Wenger complained about Costa Gabriel...Jose shrugged it off saying he never beats Arsenal without them moaning. Ironic thing, Jose goes into meltdown when Chelsea lose.

I genuinely hope he doesn't leave, the premiership needs him and apart from Simeone or Pep in the summer, not sure who else would be as good as him immediately.

But I actually think he's pissed the refs off so much, that's probably playing a part in Chelsea not getting some decisions. He's also completely using refs to excuse his players bad performances.

Hoping we kick on from this, still got work cut out defensively and we won't come across an out of sorts Chelsea every week. But credit to Klopp and the lads, a big away win which I don't think Brendan ever did apart from Utd under Moyes.

Very good performance indeed, but the result is huge for us. Coming back from an early setback like that and winning so comprehensively is something no one would've given us a prayer of doing just a few weeks ago, even last week, especially not at Stamford Bridge! Confidence back through the squad is great, we badly need it. Puts a bit of daylight between us & Chelsea too, gets us to closer to the top 4 and we're still waiting on two of our best players back. Henderson will make a big difference to our midfield.

Something else that is very good to see, Klopp's influence on us is clear already after such a short time. There's still a way to go and we need a few additions to make it work properly (DM/CM, a good winger with some pace & RCB who doesn't back off constantly) but it's certainly encouraging.

Obviously looked more dangerous with a striker on the pitch, Benteke did really well and his hold-up play is excellent among many other things. I did have my reservations over how well he'd fit into our style (if you can call what Rodgers had us doing a style) but his ability was never in question and so far he's showing he's far more than the type of player I among others had him largely down as. Fair play to the big guy, he's great. If only he & Sturridge could stay fit!

I actually love Sakho. Hugely underrated defender.

He's great Lee, glad it's starting to become more widely recognised. Very good ball-playing CB and emerging as the leader in the squad.

He deserves it more than Kaká at least.

While true, he has been rubbish so far this season. For a lot of the first half he was disappointing too, but hopefully the confidence from the goal will help him produce more consistently. He's a player you persevere with because you know he has the quality to produce, and he's developing a quite welcome knack of doing it at big moments.

Yeah we should look much better with Henderson instead of Milner.

Chelsea spent 31 seconds taking their free kick in injury time. Can't complain really.

Fair point.

Yeah, I remember that I guess :shifty:

Read last night that was the first time since 1989 that Liverpool scored more than one goal in a league game at Stamford Bridge. Crazy.

Yeah the team could do with improvements. I think January we might grab one or two. I think left back we are desperate for, I like what Moreno offers us going forward but the lad can't defend! Joe Gomez is injured for ages and isn't an lb, Enrique surprisingly still at the club so I'm hoping left back is in Klopp's head.

Flano is due back December, lets see how he is.

Chelsea striker Diego Costa will not face disciplinary action after appearing to kick out at Liverpool's Martin Skrtel in Saturday's 3-1 defeat - according to English Football Association sources.

Referee Mark Clattenburg is understood to have seen the incident and opted against issuing a caution, meaning there can be no retrospective sanction by the authorities.

The two players had fallen to the ground after a challenge by Spanish international Costa.

"I think it is a clear red card," former World Cup final referee Howard Webb said. "He commits a foul on Martin Skrtel, then there is a little kick. The second action is a clear act of violent conduct. Diego Costa is a lucky boy."

But it's all about Lucas staying on the pitch, eh Jose?

I was impressed with Skrtel, many players would have reacted violently over what Costa did. He kept his cool for the good of the team, which is surprising as he's quite a hot tempered player.
