All the quotes from Paul Cox suggest he will be playing at right-back, and that it was Lee Vaughan that's forced him out of the team. From what I recall he's a good, solid defender and probably more the type of player he wants, rather than a 5ft 5 winger-turned-full-back like we have now.
He definitely looked better in the middle for us than at right back, but he can do a job at either. Decent defender, good luck to the lad.

Good solid no nonsense centre back. Unlucky to lose his place in the Tranmere team, Brabin obviously doesn't fancy him.

Had a solid début today - including getting rid of Boreham Woods best player with a fair but very firm tackle that led to the guy going off 5 mins later.

p.s can we have McNulty back next season if you go up in the playoffs? - he was in our promotion winning side in 2008

Danny Haynes joins Boreham Wood on loan for the remainder of the season.

Been disappointing in all honesty, but he'll probably go there and do well.

We're perfectly capable of stopping ourselves winning the league, thank you very much.
luckily for you Cheltenham seam just as intent on losing the title.... maybe you both don't want to miss the "Derby" matches next season....
over to you Grimsby - the titles all yours :-p

Giorgio Rasulo has rejoined us from MK Dons. He was on loan with us last season but wasn't given a chance despite supposedly being brilliant, lets hope he gets more of a chance this time. He already has 9 appearances in the championship this season so he must be alright!
I would post a link to the story, however i haven't got enough likes or whatever to do so yet unfortunately.

Fuck! That means that when we host Harrogate in a few weeks time literary two of the best players the club has known and two absolute legends in Paul Clayton and Liam Hearn will be in direct opposition. Going to be some afternoon thats for sure.

Don't be silly, he'll be injured. Hopefully that's the last we see of him.

Would imagine he will be pretty good in Conf North, a shame he has issues because if his head was in the right place him and Rhead would have been a lot more of a lethal partnership. Doubt we will see him in the red and white for us again.

Looks like we've extended Danny O'Brien's loan spell until the end of season, good move as he's been excellent.

Also, Peers leaves to join Hednesford on a permanent basis.

Yeah, I think the writing was on the wall after the Barrow thing because he's not really had a sniff since (away at Halifax, was that his only further appearance?).

Only slight concern is that we lose McDaid for 2 or 3 games when he goes on international duty so it leaves us light up there again with only Rhead and Muldoon so Hearn would have been a decent option.

Nat Brown's loan there ends this weekend and by the sounds of it, he'll be going straight back out on loan again to a different team.

Nah he'll have Alfretonitis similar to when he had Grimsbyitis twice earlier in the season.
A very good player but he has huge mental and psychological issues. Have also been told he was much of a team player and was very good at not turning up for his rehab either.
Not missed him much since his most recent 'injury'
Apparently 'IF' it works out for him there he'll be signing for them in the summer.

He played twice Luke and scored in both games, when he came on at Halifax and when started at home to Dover.
Not seen since January 9th....
