He's actually wank from what I have seen too, I have seen him chest it down decent a few times and that's literally it.

Big D once went for a transfer fee of £2 million and it's hard to imagine but that was many years ago.

Henderson has only gone to Eastleigh to get spotted by Premier League scouts and then move on for 2 - 3M.

Apparently two players heading out and possibly three coming in (one striker and two midfielders) to Wrexham in the coming days.

Keates is the rebuildinator.

#MakeWrexhamGreatAgain

EDIT: I've put this is the wrong thread. I put that down to my excitement.

Rob Swaine who recently left Bromley has signed for Billericay Town of the Ryman Premier. Glenn Tamplin flashing his cash I see.

Henderson came on for the whole 2nd half last night and was the most effective attacking player on the pitch by a country mile.
That said, both sides were playing shite long ball all night, so it wasn't pretty, but he had some lovely touches and with Maddog in charge and favouring the long ball tactics, he reallly is just what we need. None of our other expensive strikers can play the targetman role.

Scored and was sent off against us last Saturday, eventful last game at Bromley for him.

We tried to play what decent football there was, at times we were forced into it playing it long by your shite pitch and bully boy hoof ball tactics, would hate to have to watch that every week. Awful. Wouldn't want Mad dog anywhere near my club.

Henderson is a carthorse, like your other strikers. Based on that, no way is any league 2, let alone Championship club interested in any of your mob, complete bunch of lower league cloggers and mercenaries.

Absolutely long ball from your lot. Surely you cannot pretend otherwise?
Everytime your big left footed defender got it, he just kicked it as hard and far as he possibly could. The others pretty much did he same. Your targetman/striker was none existent, so they kicked it hard up the wings/diagonal up the pitch, where your tricky winger had some joy first half but was well contained second half.

It was a very poor game, although it appears our a large majority of our deluded fans are saying it was our best team performance all season. What a crap load of Saints fans they all are....
Say what you want about Maddog, he gets promotion with that kind of football. Will have to be next season now though...

Eastleighs tactics were free kicks and corners, says everything about your team... I think I saw 4 long balls up to doidge who beat your two monsters at the back with every header, I couldn't be paid to visit that building site every week , where your 10 year old fans have obviously listened to the play list of football chants and try to sing everyone during the game. The most tin pot club I've ever visited.

So you dont go to many away game then and have not bothered to come to us for the previous 2 seasons. Part time view of a part time FGR fan doesnt interest me.

We are delighted to announce that agreement has been reached with Danny & Nicky Cowley that will see their contracts extended until May 2021.

They'll not be here that long I wouldn't have thought, so a bit of security for us in terms of any compensation.

The best possible signings the club could announce IMO. Going to cost any club some serious dosh if they want to tempt them away.

Absolutely fantastic news.

Ask FGR. Cooper got a 5 year one.

EDIT - I think the slightly longer than normal deal is to protect ourselves i.e. compensation if they leave. We always have quite 'cheap' standard clauses in our managerial contracts if they're sacked.

Why would any NL team want to tie their managers in for 4.5 years?

Because the Cowleys are going places, they will be a very precious commodity in the future and will be destined for much bigger and better things. Hopefully we will get the benefit and manage to regain our FL status and more before they set sail for pastures new.

Danny Parslow back on loan till end of season, player of season for Cheltenham last season.
Plus Vadaine Oliver back from Notts County not sure what to make of this,10 goals before xmas last season then downed tools after xmas after falling out wth McNamara.York fans turned on him due to lack of effort.but Mills in charge and hopefully could get most out of him.

Mixed feelings about these. For Oliver, I'd be quite happy if he never pulls on our shirt again, but if he plays as well as he did at the start of last season maybe we could get out of the shite. Can't see him being up for a non-league relegation dogfight somehow.

Parslow seems to be easily good enough at this level but not in League 2, hopefully he does well.

Oliver was good for us, seems to have rather lost his way since then though.

Yeah, not sure that Oliver can come back from being booed onto the pitch by the City faithful when he made a sub appearance in the last game of last season, away at Morecambe. He just seemed to give up completely under McNamara.

City fans will forgive a lot, but not a poor attitude.

McNamara was a total tit and worst manager in our history.
Would I wanted to play for him? Not a chance, for that reason will give Oliver another chance.hopefully Mills can get the Oliver back before McNamara because Oliver & Parkin could be dangerous
