Hannah's been on his way since January really - just not a good fit with our style of play, as there's not a lot of balls being whipped in from wide.
Fylde and Chester both heavily linked with loan deals (at least from our end), and would surely grab 15 goals if he was starting regularly in a team that played to his strengths.

I'd have him at Macc- we've been rumoured to be interested a few times over the past 2/3 seasons.

I don't know how settled he is in the North West, but obviously wouldn't have to relocate. Depending who's in for him, you probably wouldn't have to pay his full wage.
Just hope whoever signs him isn't allowed to play him against us - it's inevitable he'll score.

Martin Riley has signed for Halifax.
Very good signing for them. He was one of two players (the other being Jordan White) that I was very surprised to see go. I guess his main flaw is that he's rather injury prone, but if he can steer clear of injuries he'll be a coup for them.

Good signing for Halifax. He had a knock at the start of the season but showed no signs of being injured in the second half. When fit he's a very good player. Solid and fairly mobile for a CB

A little surprised at this, not because he's no good (we never saw enough of him), but Cox decided pretty quickly that he's not up to scratch.

Was trialling with Grimsby before us, and has the right attributes, as chipmunx mentioned, so he will certainly be a useful addition to your squad. Really hope he does well, because he didn't really get much of a chance after moving up here.

We (the Shaymen) have pinned twice-loanee goalkeeper Sam Johnson down to a two-year contract. Literally huge. 6'7" of huge.

I'm sure he'll be very good at this level. Before we grabbed our winner in extra time against Chorley I was looking down on him, feeling thoroughly confident if we were to face penalties.

Now very excited to see what we can do in the Conference this time around! Wouldn't think we'd need a massive overhaul now we've got him and a new CB in. Look at a few prolific lower league strikers in pre-season, sign a cultured, professional midfielder, and I have no reservations that we'll do OK.

I think most Wrexham fans would've been happy to keep Riley, but I suppose Keates decided a porcelain centre-half is a bit of a luxury. When fit, he's a real Bobby Dazzler. I hope he does well for Halifax, he deserves a bit of luck. Same for White at Barrow.

Riley looked back to his best in the second half of the season, he's a quality CB at this level. I wish we'd have kept him now to be honest, I think him and Pearson would have been just about as good as you can get at this level.

Johnson was a massive let down for us last season. For such a big keeper he was ridiculously quiet and a bag of nerves, he was dropped then shipped back to Port Vale.

Sounds like he's been a good keeper for you. It's strange how a keeper can be good at one club then garbage at another, we had a similar situation with Sam Russell and FGR. I'm glad we have Montgomery now, he looks a lot more assured.

I think the main reason why Sam wasn't good with you is that he genuinely loves fgr and clearly loves living here, we was gutted when he had to find another football club had a not very good season which many of us thought meant hr was past it but he's been incredible this season, it's always good having a player who loves the club so much that he performes week in week out.

He's apparently evangelical about Veganism.
