Collins was quite a strange signing for Rovers last season, we’d already got 4 strikers on the books, so he got relatively little game time, though did feature in the final league match at Maidstone, scored once in his time with us. Has pace and height, a little raw, but hard to judge given his limited opportunities with us.

Looked a good player, quite skilful and mobile. Funnily enough, one of his best games was at Maidstone when our youth team won 1-0.

Has recently been on trial at York but has failed to get a deal.

We've signed Calum MacDonald on loan from Derby. Don't think he's played in non-league, but was their under-23 player of the year and has appeared for Scotland under-21s.
Mainly a left-back but can play centre back, so not our biggest problem position, but should cover a couple of injuries we have at the back. Diagne has been playing left-back and done alright - he's actually been a solid signing despite what we've heard from other clubs' fans.
Just need a midfielder and 2 wingers now...

We've been mostly crap, so Clements hasn't been able to shine. Clearly got a lot of talent, but now we've gone back to 4-4-2, he's probably not the midfielder we need. Had a couple of really good games but a few really anonymous ones too.

Yussuff has had a few injuries, but scored some good goals and his recent hat-trick showed what he's about. Really happy with that signing.

“A native of Bolton, George came through the ranks with Bury and was a standout figure for the Shakers last season, making 35 appearances (many as a substitute) and scoring eight times.

His performances alerted many leading clubs and he finally moved to the Riverside Stadium during this past summer, on a three-year deal.

George has already played for Boro in both the EFL Cup and EFL Trophy, while also impressing for their U23s team, rattling in over 10 goals to date.

This loan deal will seem him stay at the Racecourse until 6 January, giving him the chance to take part in seven games through the Festive period.”
