An 18 month contract left so we must have had to offer a fee to get him!? That doesn't sound like us at all.

But then you paid a fee for Bradley Wood, so not completely out of character. Lincoln's financial issues with the Co-op not as bad as initially made out then?

Waterfall was class for us, great signing for Lincoln. Better than Audel if that helps you rank him.

I bet we'd have been back in for him as well if we had any cash to pay a fee.

No fee according to a tweet from a Wrexham journalist. Another tweet says he is leaving for family rather than football reasons. He was a Wilkin signing so I presume he isn't what Mills is looking for.

The issue is a potential cash flow one i.e. trying to remove our overdraft rather than a financial one as such.

Now signed Luke Waterfall on a two year deal.

Thought he had signed a new deal at Wrexham?

Bloody hell Lincolns squad is starting to look like Mansfield's Reserve team from last year, Who else will join Riley and Heslop next? Maybe Hawkridge.... wow

If they had a decent manager Id be beginning to fancy them to be challenging a t the right end but Moyses just doesnt do it for me

lol. Chris Bush, Greg Tempest and Matt Rhead leading Lincoln to glory.

How did he do at yours on loan?

L1 will have been a step too far for him but I expected him to be ok in L2.

Was supposed to be a no-nonsense CB but i don't think he impressed, can't remember him making an catastrophic errors but didnt set the world alight either. Not sure we won a game when he played and he wasn't very good with the ball.... I suppose he could establish himself in a league two team given a proper run and i imagine should be very good in the conference. I think Cox bought him in and then when murray took over and we had injured players back there was little point in having him here, he came and left during a strange time at the club, we never really needed him. Seemed an alright bloke too, Good luck to him!

Waterfall was decent for us to be fair, only came for a month but I'd have kept him. Was solid in the air & read the game well. Decent enough signing in the Conference.

Waterfall is a great centre back for this level, although I would say Pilkington and Hogan were better.

Oh, Hawkridge could possibly go down as one of the worst players to ever join our club. Had nothing about him and never looked interested. Conference at best! Surprised he played in league two for scunny

Pleased to see Tom Shaw's move to Chester. Got fond memories of his time with us, good little player he was.

Didn't see enough of Waterfall to be able to judge him really.

Macc fans liked him though so probably a decent enough player at this level.

Dennis deal from County confirmed, and Danny Rowe. Also, looks like Ritchie Branagan (young back-up to Rhys Taylor last two years) has signed according to his twitter, good chance he'll be our #1 this year. If Askey dusts off his boots we can now challenge everyone to a game of 5-a-side.
