5 goals in 31 games in the NL North, seems an odd one.

He's a winger not a striker is why.

Really nice lad. Very athletic, got really good pace and was a triple jump champion back in Bermuda so leaps like a salmon. He needs to work on the technical side of his game which hopefully will be easier if he's full time rather than just training two evenings a week. He's very raw, but with his pace, and his jumping ability to beat full backs to headers at the back post He's got a couple of things you can't teach. Definitely stronger down the right than down the left. Hes better at pacing round the outside of people rather than cutting inside.

From a DFC perspective apparently Solihull have been after him since our FA Trophy tie last year. He would have been able to leave for nothing in the summer so makes sense to cash in now. Apparently Enrico Sousa is about to be signed from Tadcaster as his replacement, shone in our FA cup game against them. Could be an exciting one.

Sousa is crap. We had him on loan and he looked skillful, but there was no substance at all - weak, not especially fast, and couldn't pass or finish. I think we may even have sent him back to Accrington early.

I’ve been watching Tadcaster this season,he is ok but not taddie best player. It’s 2 levels below North,Brighouse Centre mid is only player seen good enough to play higher.

We've signed players from that level before that have been good enough for the National League, but I'd imagine they must really have stood out. Sousa may have improved in the past two years, but it's probably more telling that his career has nosedived since then.

Time will tell with this signing? I think he deserves a shot he's still only 25-year-old. And under Alun Armstrong's guidance they'll be no hide and seek. I'd say most likely his last chance to make a mark at this level. In which i hope he does.

Solihull Moors have signed striker Kylie Hudlin from Solihull United of Midland League Division Two (Step 7)
Anybody else recall anyone moving from Step 7 to Step 1?

Paul Benson? He ended up having a decent career.

Who is that? Got a relative who lives near there and occasionally goes to watch them.

I see Gold Omotayo has left Halifax after this short-term deal ended. He was never good enough at this level.

Missed 3 absolute sitters and was anonymous most games. Our isolation period should bring Hyde back to full fitness and Stenson won’t be far off by then either. So in reality he wouldn’t have got much game time

Sounds like his time with you went nearly as badly as his MMA career.

Not a new signing but defender Ryan Johnson has signed a longer term deal.

Wasn't expecting much signing a centre half from Kidderminster but to be fair, he's looked the part.

Agreed, he's looked good so far.

Luke Williams has signed another deal with Pools, might even make his debut, three years after he first signed for us.

Gotta rate our cb's from last season. 1 playing for you, 1 playing for Liverpool in the champions league.

I mean, obviously they are constantly going for it. But signing Pearce has really stepped it up a notch. Stockport/Solihull 1/2 now looking inevitable

Pearce could hold down a starting 11 place in quite a few L1 teams for me.

Solihull have signed Krystian Pearce, which is ridiculous.
I can't believe he wasn't snapped up early doors by a L2 Club, unless it came down to location and wanted to stay around where he lived (which I'm assuming Solihull is?).

County sign Britton on loan - Stockport County

Torquay fans, how did he look in your first few games?

Apparently we were in for Jamie Reid from Mansfield but seems to have died in the water after they sacked their manager.

He's one of the three subs who changed the game when he came on for the last 10 minutes against you in the first match of the season.

He's done ok since, nothing too special but would probably still be here if Johnson hadn't managed to get Billy Waters in.

We've re-signed Morgan Williams on loan from Cov again. Desperately needed defender and will go straight into today's squad.
