Yeah, it's a no brainer IMO.

Pushes higher revenue games back, the games themselves create revenue through prize money so fans aren't necessarily needed, they're generally used to rotate squads anyway, and there's no extra time in them so there's no danger of that.

Askey was on the radio tonight and he was surprised by the announcement and he still thinks it could get pushed to October (for L1 and 2 anyway) as the discussions from the clubs for the preferred date were before the governments position was made on October for fans. He expects some clubs will kick up a fuss as some won’t be able to afford to play 2-3 home games with no fans in place so although Vale hope to start on 12th and are preparing for that it may not happen.

If there's a second wave clubs might have to go the whole season without crowds.

Tbh I would have called off all lower league football until next year, with Premier League grants used to allow clubs to mothball, when we'll hopefully either know more about the risks of second waves etc or maybe even have a vaccine.

Starting a season that's in major doubt in terms of whether crowds will be allowed in or not even finish at all again could kill off a lot of clubs.

Football without fans at the top level is shite. League 2 football without fans is going to be grim.
