Tony Mowbray told BBC Coventry after the game , When it got back to two all, I thought only one team was going to win it, but unfortunately it didn't work out that way.

After going 2-1 up we were in total control.

The equaliser was totally against the run of play and in the few minutes between the goals we plied on the pressure (Oakey just missed a free kick just before). Strange comments.

Maybe don't travel that well in the stadium but in the away end the atmosphere was quality for the majority of the game.

The noise doesn't travel well. It can often seem like we are creating noise but the away fans can't hear. Towards the end you were loud, but quiet* in stages.

Thankfully Inniss hasn't broken his ankle X-Rays have shown. Hopefully not a long absence and we can keep him on loan.

Good to hear it isn't too bad. He injured himself in such a poor challenge, though!

Was that the guy who nearly put his foot in Tudgays face? Should have been a red.

That's 5 yellows in 5 games, he seems to enjoy collecting the things.

It was clumsy and deserved the yellow, he's been a revelation for us at the back but still a kid and needs to kerb his temperament. Five yellows in five games and was sent off when at Yeovil on loan I believe.

I can't get over how absolutely abysmal we were yesterday. One of the worst performances of the season which is really, really worrying considering the occasion.

GET THEM BASTARDS OUT

RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE

To be fair to them the Cov fans on both sides were goading when they scored but considering our 'reputation' the past few years it passed with no trouble.

Nouble was a moron though when Coventry scored booting the ball at the Vale fans and goading. Luckily we had the last laugh :)

Not sure what Neal was doing for the first as it was hardly a worldie, don,t like seeing deliberate yellows but McGivern could of taken one for the team 20 yards before they got to the box for the 2nd goal, i guess its a form of cheating but all teams do it, the lad with dreadlocks was like a new born foal he couldn,t balance or stop on his feet, dreadful player along with Webster at the back who looked like a nervous schoolkid. Mowbray must of been briefed by Pressley about deluded post match comments as i,m sorry their equaliser was totally unexpected and a gutter at the time. My only gripe not only yesterday is the amount of corners we have and blokes like Pope Innes Robertson McGivern all big guys yet we barely ever get a decent goalbound header from a corner, oh for the Earle Beckford combination. Anyway onto next week against a Swindon team choking a bit despite a good win yesterday, but alas its Vale and we bound to balls up the next 2 home games !!

Looked a good number of Vale arrested in Tesco car park after the game.

I felt at the time Neal should have done better with it was right in the corner mind and a few bodies in the way.

Mowbray said in the build up that we are a good set piece team lol! If we were average at corners we'd be in the top 6 easily now the amount we get but do little with despite having some big lads. Robbo scored a few last season but hasn't managed it yet this.

Samuel was the dreadlocked lad, he was the one I feared as he had been banging them in but was dreadful yesterday. When I saw Tudgay starting that relaxed me a bit too. O'Brein is it? Looked very good

Webster didn't play, the donkey in defence was probably Martin who played left sided centre back.

Samuel is the other lad you were on about, he's done well at striker but was shunted out to the wing yesterday and was poor.

I'd play Webster ahead of Martin on Tuesday.

Coventry reminded me of Vale in our first season in league two.

my apologies it was Martin, he was truly hideous and when he allowed the ball to bounce and the 'lightning quick' Pope to nick it off him it looked a stonewall penno, as for the rest the beardy guy looked very decent and i thought the number 8 sub looked quite good too, Nouble was gash, surprising really as to be fair you gave a real decent away showing at Vale and beat us relatively comfortably in the end. Defo don,t want see Cov go down as decent away support to our place and good day out as per yesterday, Crawley Yeovil Colchester and one more will do for me thank you.

Our fans seem to have turned on Jim despite him being our POTS. He does the work of three midfielders due to Fleck and Barton being shit.

People have realised he isn't as good as Moussa and Baker. The whole midfield have been awful this year.

Great away day. Great way to win the game.

Michael O'Connor was the best player on the pitch, by quite a bit. Quality.

Lovely stuff linking up with Marshall for the second goal in the first and the free kick was measured to perfection. Just needed to get his bearings.

Another three points and we're only two points off the play offs. It's all up in the air again. I still think we'll fall short but it is nice to still have something to play for, I suppose.
