I'd imagine after Chesterfield's pitiful result against Blackpool, this thread is going to be be basically back and forth "we're shit, you'll win!" "no, we're more shit than you, you'll win", "mate, you haven't seen how shit we are, you'll definitely win" comments no?
Or do Chesterfield still retain some optimism despite their recent poor form?
For us, Davis simply hasn't got a clue how to set us up to play at home. Can't work out what formation to play, what players to select, what tactics to use. It's painful to see him flounder around, but hey, what can you do? Don't give a rats arse about who he picks and in what system. All I know is, we'll likely play terribly and likely lose.
As for Chesterfield, their positive start has got a bit to pot of late. Although thats mostly down to the those late set backs at home to Wigan, Colchester and Burton. I mean, had they not conceded the late goals in those games, they would be 6 points better off now. Any optimism still left in Spirite land? Or is the doom and gloom setting in?
So erm..yeah. Roll on Saturday I suppose? Safe trip over Chesterfield fans.
