How's Eardley been doing? Along with Bostwick I'd have said he was one of the Lincoln nominations for best player in the division. Mayor looked very decent against us but we defended so poorly. Have only seen him that one time, so wouldn't want to back up this claim that he's the best. Other players I've seen multiple times who I'd say could claim to the best would be Dean Moxey, Jordan Moore-Taylor and Jayden Stockley. Would like to see a bit more of Sammie Szmodics, Hiram Boateng and Andrade too. James Norwood would have to be included in this conversation too purely on form, he's really surprised me as I didn't think he'd step up like he has. Doidge was obviously one of the best before going to Bolton. Podge Amond is a cracking player too, but I might be being a biased on that one.

Eardley's still doing well, although we've not needed him for his assists this season like we did last. Most goes down our left with Toffolo and Andrade.
Testament to the improvement in the starting XI that he's down the list of our best performers despite still playing well still.

Notice nearly all mentioned are attackers...
Defensively I’m going to say Mitch Clark on loan to us from Villa is up there as one of the best. Shame he isn’t our player but Villa fans were raging when Bruce sent him on loan as they felt he could be a starter there! Got him through connections as Rudge had done some scouting for Bruce.
Lad is young but a level above and latest reports suggest a couple of Premier League clubs are after him including West Ham.
Easily one of the best loan deals we’ve had for a few years now!

Well I posted on here that Nicky Law was my choice, obviously I hadn't seen Bury at that point.
What a quality player this lad is, beggars the question why has no one taken the plunge on him.
Pope described him in our local rag as ' league 2 Messi ' .
Clearly a cut above anything in this division, Law was a machine, effortless and integral to Exeter.

Easily top three in this division. I think if Grant had been in this league all season he’d be there too. Danny Rowe looked very good too. I’m not sure about anyone else but I’m sure there’s one or two others. Reckon O’Shea is up there too with the amount of goals he’s scored and then Adams was top of the assists before last weekend too. Attacking wise we have a number of options. Just wish we were a little more defensive minded.

No I do not believe Mayor is that good of a player because if he was he would not have been playing for such a small club like Bury for so long.
Looks as if he wasn't good enough in the league above otherwise he would of helped keep them up.

Uhm yes I do!
I remember some people raving about him when you got promoted a few seasons ago, so I thought surely if he's that good then he will get snapped up by a bigger club. But no next thing I hear of him is that he's still playing for minnows Bury and they're back in L2 again.

Even when we're doing poor we still beat your average attendances. I've only ever known Bury to be in L2 or be having a shit season in L1.
