To stop Grimsby fans buying in Lincoln parts of the ground maybe dunno or the authorities have allowed us to open up more of the stand. We've been asking all season to have a smaller segregation for the local games.

Seriously though, what’s made it possible to increase it? We would have sold a few hundred extra and so would Coventry.

I think we could be seriously embarrassed on Saturday. Form normally goes out the window in local derbies; but this isn't a normal one. Our team of journey men and loanees have no idea what this game is all about for us Grimsby folk. I just hope Jolley can install some pride and professionalism into the side before the game.

Take the team to the processing factories and cold storage units, show them how lucky they are to be footballers and how the people who support them earn their living.

I'm sure none of them go out to play with the intention to lose, but they could certainly show more commitment and look knackered and pissed off when they do.

I am not a prayer sort of person, but if there is someone or something looking down on us, I hope that God helps because we need some divine intervention.

We've been there mate, we had 10 years of players conning a wage out this club.
The team that took us down were a total bunch of wasters following on from the team getting worse season upon season and most of the ones we had for the following 5 in the conference were the same.
I guess you're fearing the worse if we score early?
I take your tickets only went to season ticket holders then or they buy extras?

Ticket sales were one for one, season ticket holders first, the trust members and people with two stubs from our last two home games next, again only one ticket per person. That was it, no general sale. I am a trust member, but I couldn't phone until 15:30 and they had all gone by then.

Coventry is two tickets per person, same system with season ticket holders again getting first dibs. Should have no problems getting those. Most people seem to be waiting to see what we produce on Saurday before committing and trust members can get theirs on Friday.

I think we will be favourites for this one, but given that the little team always tends to raise their game when the big boys come to town, Lincoln may well raise it and sneak an undeserved draw off us.
