Indeed I haven't seen anything that suggests that Dario was a nonce. Plus the whole not actually being convicted thing ( yet) of course
That's not really the point. The fact is he's suspended so no one knows exactly what has happened.

But anyway, I've just seen the FA agreed to it so nothing to see here. Just thought it was slightly odd.

To be fair, while I still disagree with the decision it makes some sense. The BBC had already chosen to screen the Man U game, they tried altering their decision, which may have been unfair under the processes by which games are chosen for different broadcasters (I don't know how it works, but it may have prevented BT sport from taking that game theoretically, whether they would have or not).

I think some of it is pseudo representatives of the BBC (Walker and Linekar) are trying to blame the FA for the perpetuation of Man U being on TV rather than the companies that choose the games...

Hopefully Lincoln and Sutton will both get good draws, and with no replay to muddy the waters both should then get on TV... Not long to go now.

Would they show Lincoln at Oxford and Sutton visiting Blackburn for example if lets say its the top 6 facing each other (well not Liverpool!)?

I don't understand why they don't wait until after the replay's before picking the ties. Would have saved this situation from occurring and it's still about 10 days before the ties isn't it?

Now all the mental cases on Twitter claiming the balls must be weighted...

We got Chelsea away in the rehearsal!

Shite draw. I'm not even sure it's good enough for TV, even with Burnley being a PL side and the away allocation isn't going to be great either. Meh.

Bit harsh on Lincoln but should still be a decent day out. If nothing else you get to see Kenny's love child in the flesh again.

I'm saying that, but if you'd said back in August that in February you'd be playing Burnley in the FIFTH ROUND of the FA Cup, I'd have given you a slap round the face with a wet fish.

Surely Danny Cowley could have managed a better draw than that?

Feel sorry for Lincoln, away at one of the least fashionable prem sides left at this stage isn't great. With Sutton getting the plum tie and a lot of prem sides away at lower league opposition I'd say the chances of the big TV payday are somewhat lowered for Lincoln. Well said Luke, anyone in this league would take a 5th round run with no games on TV if offered.

Obviously fantastic for Sutton. Interesting as it will certainly put a big spotlight on the artificial surface on the national scale once again.

Best of luck to both sides of course.

To be fair if you get a full house of 22k plus at Turf Moor it'll still be a decent pay day.

How many TV games over the 5th round weekend, half of them?

I would expect;
Blackburn v United
Sutton v Arsenal
Huddersfield v City
Wolves v Chelsea

Sutton deserved a big draw a lot more then Lincoln did. Shows money can't buy you everything.

Why do they need to rehearse picking balls out of a bag?

If you knock out Woolwich I'm donating 20 quid to Sutton, do it!

Doswell v Wenger. Only one winner, surely?

Think I read 5 out of 8.

EDIT - Or was it 6? Over half anyway.

Wake me up I must be dreaming! Literally been dreaming of a game like this for 23 years, since I was 8 years old. Biggest day in our clubs history
