Sad how teams with promotion/relegation on their mind make mass rotations nowadays. The cups only seem to be attractive to teams with nothing to play for.

It's a load of bollox too, no need for it at all, 10 changes for us is fucking shameful.

Its why the top Premier league sides dominate the competition now.

We made 11 changes and would have probably lost had we been playing a Championship side.

Don't know why we signed that keeper up in the summer but safe to say he won't play for us again, cost us two goals through rank bad keeping, made Rudd look like De Gea.

We played crap but take out those two shocking errors and it's probably a shit 1-1 draw from two headers.

Doncaster looked like a side in confidence and played some decent stuff, while we looked like a side down to the bare bones.

Nice to see Browne, Barker and Maguire on the bench and get some minutes and with the three new signings we might actually look like a team again.

Did Wilks score for them?

Wilder scathing about our players, maybe don't change the entire team Chris might have helped.

You played players today I forgot you even had. When did you sign Cranie? And Johnson’s still at the club?

Cranie played against Wigan. He's backup for basham or oconnell which is ok when only 1 change is needed, stearman is back up for egan. Freeman has lost the plot by the sounds of it. Johnson doesn't sound too clever but he's our left wing back cover. Our back up players are ok when only a couple of changes are needed but not good enough to come in as a complete new team.

I saw Stevens getting stick on Twitter the other day, a new left back will be a priority I imagine?

No not at all, Stevens has been very good in most parts and getting better, Twitter is the home of retards it staggers me how many their are on it. Every loss it's the end of the season on Twitter and everyone is shit.

I wouldn’t be too arsed about West Ham at their new ground but we’d probably get 9k wouldn’t we? Certainly worse draws.

Horrendous result. Fair play to barnet sounds like it was thoroughly deserved. All top 3 championship teams out and our match at Norwich goes ahead.

Never would have put that down as a potential shock given the two teams respective recent form. What sort of side did you put out?

Chuffed with our win against a full strength (ish) Hudders. Seems we played well too.

2-1 QPR , not sure there's a way back with all the inexperience out there

not bothered though

So did we in fairness. Eze, Oteh, Bright Samuel, Kakay and Furlong are all under 23. Plus Hall who hasnt started a game in over a year.

I thought it was a really good cup game though. Strangely, having our reserves out meant they tried harder as they all had something to prove rather than going through the motions.

Through to the 4th round without a reply for the first time since 97! Beat Forest at Forest for the first time in 34 attempts and now this! Feels weird to be positive.

Just watching the highlights, that Huddersfield keeper rivals the mug we had in goal for joker of the round.

Ben Hamer, used to play for us. Nice work from Brownhill.

Aye, good feet, should never have gone in though.

Watch this, i'll slate the fuck out of Hamer and we'll end up loaning him.

I was gutted Smithies went. He obviously gambled that the bloke would get a good shot away. Smithies is normally a great shot stopper, I would have him back in a heartbeat.

Really hoping we actually get a nice tie in the next one and not something shit like Swansea away. Any of the top 6 at home would be brilliant. Or if not a top team, then a lower league team away from home.

I'm guessing Sheff Utd fans are thrilled that Richard Stearman is over at Molineux tonight as a guest of our in-house commentary team.

I suspected as much. Actually I'd be pretty pissed off if one of the team was showing up at a former club (and local radio station) for a chat, days after a humiliating cup defeat. And to be fair, we do humiliating defeats quite regularly.
Would be funny if any Blades phoned in to wind him up :bg:

I'm probably the only one that knows about it due to your information, I really couldn't care, he can do exactly as he pleases with his life, fair play to him for going to support his club.

Must admit I always liked him and thought he would go on to other PL clubs..... but I'd be mad as hell if he rocked up at a former club after playing in that kind of defeat. Just seems very bad timing.
