Why do people continually go down the 'if you don't win this that or other then you're a failure' route - surely that's the role you should be playing. Basically at the moment the team's strength is the midfield trio but until Hippolyte beds in we've very little cover in that area, that's one of the reasons we started slowly against C'field with Sarce out and also why we needed to play a 16yo and 17yo on Saturday.

Meant to type Thursday my bad, still don’t get why we have to cancel our Saturday match surely their Tuesday game against Wrexham should have been rescheduled. We’re turning into Southend no Saturday home league game for two months.

We've had 4 Saturday home games so far this season. Utterly ridiculous.

Stockport - 5.20pm, Wrexham - 3pm, Chesterfield - 3pm and Woking 3pm

If the County game gets moved we'll have 3 more.
