Got it working but it just took literally 11 minutes to load to the main screen (yes I actually did time it). My PC is no great shakes but was working okay before this patch.

A return to FM may be on the cards if they keep shafting all of us who've paid a lot of money for what is a good game but sloppy product.

Just got myself up to Division 5 in online seasons. One guy I played lost his shit, just because I had Dani Alves, he was going to report me for buying coins (he only cost about 5k).

Every time Alves got the ball he was screaming at me. Proper weirdo. I played my reserves against him, 82 rated. His team were 81 rated and according to him, I should've done him 7/8-0 not the 4-1 that I beat him by, because I had Alves at RB.

Have to say played a few games after updating it today & it a lot better to the point where your team settings actually work, Bury we’re sitting back so I went counter and ultra defensive & got 1-0.

Doncaster were counter attacking or I changed to attack & high pressure & won 3-0

It does need fixing tbf. Role back to before the first patch and very slightly change shot accuracy and goalkeeping from range/ up the efficiency of lower rated keepers.

Improve the interception range and sort out the shitty lunge animation.

Sort out kick offs, they're a fucking disgrace.

Sort out Weekend League, asking people to play 40 games over a weekend is unethical really. Bring it in line with Rocket League.

This FIFA is better than 16 and 17 (the only ones I've played on a non-Wii console) imo, no idea what people are complaining about. The gameplay feels better than ever, and the only major problem I've had is when my player runs into someone else and gets booked.

That lunge animation is ridiculous, I agree. It takes so long to recover from it.
