No idea why, but this tickled me.I've evolved from a 4-4-2 (first two seasons with Dundela) to a 4-4-1-1 (Glentoran and Dagenham) to a 4-2-3-1 (Cork and Hannover), bringing back the 4-4-1-1 for away games (Hannover) or all European games with Cork. 4-2-3-1 is short passing from the back and ball retention, 4-4-1-1 is balanced between short passing and twatting it up there with more of a counter focus than possession domination.
