Started with Weston Super Mare after relishing a challenge, with the lowest coaching badge. Predicted to get relegated from the Conference South, and with a squad in a terrible state. I'm talking no right back, no left midfielder and one midfielder, and not a pot to piss in.

Transfers were a bit odd - the loan players I could attract were abysmal and I couldn't offer much wages wise to free agents, so I had to scrape the barrel a bit and sign a few mediocre players just to bolster the numbers.

Transfers_ Transfer History-2.png

Pretty gash signings, only Hemati and Fayers are player I'd like to keep in the long term, yet the others still find themselves in the first team regularly due to lack of numbers.

Did a bit of a Leeds United - started with a win and a few draws, but soon went back to reality, and a decent start turned into a very mediocre start. The defence are literally abysmal, the amount of individual mistakes per game is absolutely ridiculous. But - going forward they're pretty good, we create a shit ton of chances. There is yet to be a game where I haven't had more shots than the opposition, but it simply comes down to the strikers and teams having better strikers and depth in their squad than me. Saying that - I've discovered an absolute gem in Bradley Ash, who in honesty is probably saving my job. Gave him a go as he was doing well in the U18's, and he's scored 11 in 8 for me, including 5 in my last game, in which I was heavily under pressure. Very good player - despite him being unsettled currently. Would be fucked if he gets maimed or something...

Schedule_ Senior Fixtures-6.png

3 losses in a row increased the pressure on me, but I dominated the games, but just got undone defensively. As you can see, I'm yet to keep a clean sheet in the league, which is abysmal, and I wouldn't be surprised if I don't have one to my name by the end of the season. Need to wait until the end of the season and clear out the deadwood, and free up the wage bill before I can progress. Mid-table if I'm lucky with injuries this season.

I'm buying this tonight, didn't want to but I've just been posted to the arse end of Scotland which is an 8 hour drive home so I'll have some steady weekends coming up and plenty of downtime in the evenings. Haven't played since 13 so looking forward to seeing what changes have been made.

I'm liking the form column.

Has anything been said about a release day patch?

12:01 tonight it goes live apparently. May have a couple of hours on it tomorrow if I get time. Think I'll start off with an easy one, taking Stockport back up the leagues. Their squad looks far too good for the league they are currently in.

Arrived today, so going to install and have a mess around on it for an hour or two tonight before, hopefully, starting properly tomorrow.

What's with the dodgy attribute range thing?

I KEPT A CLEAN SHEET!!! And I've found a winning formula. 17 goals in 4 games averaging over 4 a game ain't too shabby. Plummer has scored back to back hat-tricks.

Can't import tactics from FM15, which is a ball ache. Going to have to do it from scratch again.

And my desktop shortcut isn't working either, but apart from that, good to go!

He's done it again! And he could have quite easily had a double hat-trick with the penalty miss and a couple of disallowed goal. I'm telling you - that little chat we had about the dip in his form has turned the bloke into Tristan Messi. I take all credit.

Everyone been enjoying it? Downloading it now.

I only put in about 150 hours on FM15, compared to the 500 I spent on 14.

Still not sure who to start with, at the minute.

Started with a team in the Spanish Second Division B2 which is something like the 4th tier with Talavera. Just missed out on the play offs in the first season and now started well, in the second.

Sign Dario Guti. There's my tip.

Very early into his career at Barrow, but I signed Owain Jones on a free after he did ok on trial pre season. On trial he bagged 2 in 2, and got 3 assists. Now 4 games into the season he has scored in all 4 games, 5 goals in total, and got 3 assists. This could end up being a flash in the pan, but so far he has performed in every game, with an average rating of 8.05.
You might have to buy him or loan initially as he was released by Swansea in my save, but at only 20 he looks like a good young prospect for the lower leagues

Just had my amazing CM prospect nabbed from me by Chelsea. If anyone gets the chance to sign Iver Fossum, I'd highly recommend it. I paid £1.9 million at end of season one, he's just gone for £20 million at the end of season three, and to be honest I could have gotten more than that but for a minimum release clause.

Right, I'm having an absolute mare.

Is anyone else playing touch? I like that it's more streamlined than the main game, but I've noticed a pretty significant problem with it. The morale of the team affects performances just as much as it does in the full version, except in touch there's no way to affect your team's morale. You can't give team talks, can't arrange team meetings, can't talk to players between games. The only way to improve morale is to win, but you can't win because morale is low. Anyone got any suggestions how to overcome this.

Also, a more general question. Do people alter the way they play home and away? I'm currently in October and I haven't won away from home since January. I just cannot seem to win away. It hasn't been a problem until now, but all of a sudden I just can't buy a win. If it wasn't for my home form, I'd be in the relegation zone. Which is pretty bad considering I've spent over £100,000,000 in the last two summers. My team has the likes of Phil Jones, Callum Chambers, Youri Tielemans, Martin Odegaard, Luciano Vietto. And still I get spanked away from home each week. Which then feeds back into my low morale issue - can't string a run of results together = can't get morale up.

I NEED HELP!!!

What are the bugs/glitches like on this fucker? Like every other year? Any game-breaking stuff like 3 red cards a game or every goal being from a corner etc...?

Biggest bug I've seen is the game getting stuck on the calendar view when simulating when you hit the Windows button to browse whilst in between games. Only way to play is to go windowed mode at the moment. Quite annoying as it was happening everytime.

Generally been quite good mate, and I got it on the day of BETA release. The main shitter is the amount of yellow cards, but they seem to have addressed that in the recent update/patch, so it's all good. Haven't noticed any since, it's been pretty good so far.

aaaand i've uninstalled after 24 hrs in game. haven't played since fm14 and i'm amazed they've managed to make the match engine so bad. game feels completely random, number of injuries is a joke and it's just generally no fun to play. will wait for some updates 'cause it's utter garbage right now.

I can't score for shit. I'm averaging 12 shots on target each game with 1 being on target. Conceding crap goals as well. Fair to say my old tactics which worked well on last years game, aren't working on this years. Very frustrating.

I don't normally change tactics, but am tempted to on this version. The difference between home and away games is ridiculous
