Roy will get them organised and may keep them up but if he does they are just back to square one again next summer, they'll still be a fairly attritional side to watch which was surely the idea behind De Boer. Only problem for Roy is that Palace are likely to be on 8 losses from 8 considering their next 3 games, can't see any side stopping up after that.

Why would Hodgson perform better with the same squad? What was main the problem at Crystal Palace, the manager (Frank de Boer) or the lack of quality?

Our squad isn't really thee problem, we have quality. Our problem so far has been missing Zaha, he's creates handful of chances per game and without him we don't really have anyone direct bar townsend who's runs into blind alleys. Once he's back though, him, Townsend and RLC have potential to cause sides problems.

Reckon we'll go on a run at some point and won't look back.
