I won't watch that but why do the "Franzmänner" play their cup final on a tuesday?
I don't know the exact reason (it usually is played on a Saturday evening) but I reckon the lack of pull between PSG and a 3rd division side (tbh, any other side is not that big a pull we knew we were going to win the quadruple the minute Monaco sold their best players last summer).

I didn't even watch the damn thing. Gave Swansea vs Southampton a watch. Was rubbish but at least proper football at a level that suits me more.

Let's do an update on the end of season final standings in the top 3 divisions as it stands.

In Ligue 1, PSG won the quadruple like they usually do when they have zero competition. There are 2 games left to play and we are 17 points clear of 2nd-placed Lyon who are enjoying a fine run of straight wins (8). Not the same can be said of Monaco though who have won only 2 of their last 6 games. Lyon are a point above Monaco and Marseille who played last night at Guingamp drawing 3-3 (the last 2 matchdays are usually played at the same time but the league decided to change that due to Marseille's involvement in the EL final). The draw means that if Lyon and Monaco win tonight (at Strasbourg and home to Saint-Etienne respectively), Marseille would need to win on Wednesday (most pundits are saying they won't and I agree with them) to clinch CL football. Still it's been good to have solid performances from those 4 sides. Ligue 1 has been good to watch generally.
At the bottom, Metz are relegated to Ligue 2. Their awful start (1 win in 12) the clincher. It's still quite remarkable that they were able to mathematically stay up for so long given the start they had. Troyes are second bottom and should confirm their return to the 2nd tier this evening as they travel to Montpellier, a very very negative side who have enjoyed a top half stay by not playing football (the same can be said of Nantes, I don't care how much you like Ranieri, they've been awful to watch). 18th gets a play-off and that should be contested between Toulouse, Strasbourg (8th in December, now 11 games without a win!), Lille (who may get relegated anyway by the league due to their dodgy owner) and Caen. The rest are safe.

The regular season in Ligue 2 is now over and Reims achieved a historic 88 points to get back in the big time 2 years after relegation. Nîmes also clinched promotion and will be playing in the top division for the first time since 1993. Well done to them.
The play-off system is a bit different this season: 4th (Le Havre) host 5th (Brest), the winner of that one travels to 3rd (Ajaccio) and the winner of that one gets to play two legs against whoever finishes 18th in Ligue 1.
At the bottom, Tours and Quevilly Rouen got relegated while Bourg-Péronnas will get to play Grenoble in the play-off. Red Star and Béziers got promoted to Ligue 2.
