Credit to Vale, they look very solid defensively, very dominant aerially. We have no answers. It’s crazy to think they were struggling down the bottom when they can defend so robustly.

It’ll either drift into a dire 0-0 or Port Vale will get a goal or two which will be game over seeing as we aren’t going to score if we play until June.

Bolton definitely ended the half stronger but 1-0 doesn’t do this game justice.

Yeah should have been a goalfest. Been a really good watch. Both teams wasteful. Think we will be strong in the second half as we usually get better but really impressed with the opposition. A draw is looking more and more like it could be good result for us.

So far would say this is a game where both teams strength in terms of pressing is cancelling the other out and neither team can get much time on the ball.
