Virus apparently. He did okay but needs to play the simple ball a bit more instead of looking for the Hollywood ball all the time.

Yep, his passing isn't as good as he thinks it is. Looks much better playing higher up the pitch.

Definitely. It's good signs though that we can look so comfortable without Pearson and Gallagher in there. The midfield is looking really strong.

No, he grabbed somebodies bollocks the other week in front of the finney when they were on the floor, can't remember who it was.

I love the fact that he's a horrible fucker.

Not a great performance by us today but a win all the same. Stoke played okay and have some decent players so they should pick up soon.

Swansea at home next weekend. Should be a sell out.

Stoke didn't help themselves with the red card and own goal .

I thought the red looked a tad harsh? It was a little high but didn’t look a red to me on first viewing.

That opening 30 minutes was crazy. Could have been 6 up. No idea how Lumley gifted a goal as that changed the dynamic. Once they got that early 2nd it was never going to be pretty.

We got bossed a bit in the second half but still could have scored a couple more.

Great win!

Watching it again it looked like Cornick was almost hiding behind the centre half. That with the sun in his face he just simply could not have seen him. Very bizarre goal, dont think we would have got back into that on our own if he hadnt done that!

Looking at the goals again, Browns performance is infinitely worse. I remember his wondering around a lot but forgot him giving it away for the first and the second hes strolling again. Simply has to be dropped for the next game - was just incredibly lazy from him today, wouldnt have thought he had been bellyaching for a start playing like he did today.

Nothing wrong with having a couple of horrible fuckers in your team. I'd rather that than coming away from a game and the opposition saying how nice of a team we were.

This is really concerning.

Against Huddersfield after Luton went ahead he was again, strolling around and not seemingly "with it" at all. Despite being a sub himself, I would've been tempted to take him off again at that point.

In the run up to that game, Jones revealed that he was upset about his lack of action so far and there had been words. I know he comes with a big reputation, a Chelsea loanee, but if his attitude doesn't improve, he'll be back rotting there.

What a game. Unbelievable start from us where we could easily have been 5 up before Lumley did whatever he did. Excellent finish for that one, looked like it was going over until the very last second from where I was stood.

Feared the worst after the start of the second half but to be fair we coped pretty well with the pressure and had Hugill figured out how to hit the target it could have been more comfortable.

Great start to the season to for us, loving how quick Warburton is to make changes and adapt our system when he sees a problem. Can't wait for Millwall next week.

Honestly he was a frustrating watch yesterday. Don’t know if he picked up a knock but there were times Shinnie had the ball looking for a pass and he was just standing around with no intention of receiving the ball. When he did take an interest he clearly had something about him but you can’t take half the game off.

There were plenty of other issues yesterday, not least Bradley and Pearson who were all over the place and Bolton who had an absolute shocker but it’s been a while since we had a player whose performance genuinely annoyed me. And Browns certainly did.

I haven’t seen the goal back but I thought he’d skied it from my view from Y block.

Eze and Chair are brilliant, Warburton has got them playing so well. Not sure what their contract situation is but they need to be tied down as they are too good for us. I liked Eze deeper, I mentioned it on a QPR forum and got shot down but I thought he was brilliant.

I'm halfway up Y block and was laughing at the effort until it dipped in.

Didn't I see something in the summer that Eze was subject to a £20m bid recently? I'd be surprised if he'll still be around in January.

Rumours of it but if we were offered that he’d have been sold. We’d probably sell him for 10.

Looking likely barring a Cowley miracle. Our quality is shocking. Problems started in the transfer window after we stayed up in the Prem, £20m on Diakhaby and Mbenza who even look shite in this league, wow! Criminal.

I actually thought you'd do a Burnley, keep a core group of players together and add three or four quality players. Suppose all it takes is one dodgy managerial appointment and it's hard to put back on track.

He was exactly the same when he came on as sub at Sheff Wed. What was worse was that we were one down yet he showed little interest in helping us get back on terms.

3 points and a clean sheet away from home, lovely stuff. Game wasn't great on the eye, Monk has obviously drilled them this week in being solid first and foremost and hopefully the quality we have up top will get more cohesive over the coming weeks, 3 clean sheets from the first 7 is a promising stat. Huddersfield were devoid of confidence and posed zero threat for 90 minutes, the losing mentality at that club could see them in serious trouble this season, we didn't even have to be anything more than organised to beat them. Good to see Sam Winnall back with a goal too, definitely deserves his chance as the bench option, maybe a partner for Fletcher if we go with 2 up top. Fulham at home next week will be a good indicator of how far from a top 6 side we are.
