Paderborn facing being relegated again?
Yeah, playoff spot at best.

But interesting to see whats going on in Leipzig.

2 years ago a further club were founded, FC International Leipzig, powered by the city and local companies, a complete contrast to red bull. Interesting to see where they will end. playing already on the 5th level in Germany and finished runners-up. The league were won by Lokomotive Leipzig, a club led by the fans

Haha, that's crazy!

Would you say they all have genuine foundations to keep progressing towards the Buli?

I think Inter Leipzig could reach the 2. Bundesliga ( they already started to build a new ground)easily with the money they get, same for Lok Leipzig, they dont have the money but a really huge fanbase, they could easily attract 20k-30k in the 2. Bundesliga.

If one of them could push for more we have to wait and see as it depends on so many factors.

The city itself could easily handle 2-3 pro clubs. I mean Leipzig is bigger than Manchester

We could be happy that an East German side is in the Buli, couldn't we?

Nah, Cottbus was the shit back in the day.

Whats with Rostock?

Anyway Cottbus could relegate to the 4th tier next weekend

They could've waited until at least the end of DFB Pokal to announce it officially. Now Hummels will be even more blurred by Dortmund stans if he plays. But good deal for Bayern.

And Renato Sanches also. Two excellent additions there.

Reckon there'll be some movement in the midfield at Bayern now - Gotze on his way? Thiago to City? Rode back to a lesser Buli side?

Dortmund have signed Ligue 1 best young player of the season Ousmane Dembélé on a 5-year contract. That kid's gonna kick ass.

That Bremen goal was absolutely huge! Frankfurt v Nurnberg is quite a big tie. Also saw that Andre Breitenreiter is leaving Schalke shortly. Weinzierl?

Didn't you find the prospect of him joining Manchester United hilarious a few months back in the transfer rumour thread?

Frankfurt 1-1 Nuremberg then.

Frankfurt's captain Marco Russ showed some mental strength to play this match, just hours after being told he had a tumour. Don't know what Nuremberg's home record is like but I imagine they'll be fancying their chances after that result!?

All those cute feigns by the Bayern players though, good that they'll be banned next season. Shame for Dortmund, another trophyless season even though big steps have been taken.

Yep. They're back line is the strongest in Europe by some distance now, I think.

Am I right in saying Kevin Volland has gone to Leverkusen? They're strengthening well.

Nurnberg have only themselves to blame: they didn't do anything!

Duisburg vs Würzburger Kickers taking place now! Duisburg are 2-0 down from the 1st leg. Can they make the great escape?
