In the last few weeks you have pretty much ripped apart Ramos, Navas, Higuain and Draxler, some of the best players in the world at their positions. And probably more. You've yet to see that Draxler is even 'good'. On the other hand, you think that Mitrovic is a great striker. I doubt you ever see any of these players play apart from the odd Champions League game or at an International tournament, neither of which are particularly good ways of judging a player.

Ramos isn’t bad, he’s just no way the best defender in the world, the amount of red cards he gets is disgraceful, so he can’t be trusted. Ramos is one of the best defenders on the ball, but his actual defending attributes definitely don’t make him the best. Higuain misses so many chances and if he was world class, he’d have never left Madrid. He’s not the worst striker ever (none of these players are the worst, I’ve never said that), he just flatters to deceive on the big occasions. Draxler is weak, runs down blind alleys and doesn’t work that hard for the team, I’m yet to see him play really well and he’s now been hooked at half time by his manager, it’s going well for him. Mitrovic on his day is a really great old fashioned striker. He’ll bully defenders, he’ll work hard, his hold up play is good and he’s deadly in the air. However, I also said that he’s a loose cannon (much like Ramos) and he can do something really stupid and let you down. I stand by everything I said. Game of opinions and all that jazz..

Well, I'd like look like a fool to call someone's opinion wrong, but...

Not worth arguing the other points as I've stated my views in the other threads.

I'll just say to give Draxler more of a watch, he was the player of the tournament at the Confederations Cup last year, has performed well wherever he's been and in whatever competition. He's still only 24 too. Trust me, he's good. You don't start for a Germany team with this talent, that left out Leroy Sane no less, without being good. Germany are just all over the shop this tournament, Draxler is the least of their problems.

Oh, and Mitrovic is an enigma. I mean, on his day Duncan Ferguson was a world beater. Wouldn't call either great because their great performance were so fleeting.
