Bloody hell! How many games was he back for?
Only 7 or so I think.

Jesus, that's bad. It will totally play on his mind when he comes back.
They do say you're more prone to them once one knee has gone don't they. He did one when he was playing over in Holland, did his other knee last January over here and had 13 months out and as above, hardly been back long so I bet he's right down in the dumps.

I'm not sure you can really come back at a decent level from 3 ACL's. Hopefully it's not as bad as is being made out but it's not a good sign when the club statement has phrases like "similar long-term injury" and "significant damage" in it.

Difficult after 1 let alone 3, feel for the lad, always reminds me of Enoch Andoh, we signed him from Cyprus, looked unplayable, especially when linking up with Uche Ikpeazu, linked with Spurs but did his ACL in November and never came back from it, was at Whitehawk last I saw. Good luck to the lad.

Now Montsma out for the season as well, sound like he might have done his ACL for a third time.
I fear for his career, if he's done the same ACL three times I imagine he'll be able to continue playing, poor lad.
Even with modern surgery it must be a huge doubt.

Just 8 games, made his comeback at Accrington on February 7th, missed 3 games while banned.

We've got to come out fighting this weekend. No more played well but zero points, no more absolute shitters. We're a better team than Accrington, so let's go out and prove it.

As others have said, we are very unlikely to get relegated and our season has been over as a spectacle for some time now. We just desperately need some positivity and to get to the summer in order to rebuild our squad. We all know what a hangover can cause going into next season.

I still don't see much in this division in terms of quality, with a case in point that we've won 2 out of 15 but haven't really fallen that far. Even on this run, we have outplayed teams with a pretty poor squad.

We are just very short in a few key areas that will need addressing in the summer.

Done both knees rather than one of them three times but as you say, there can't be too many that are still going after that level of injury on three separate occasions. Jodi Jones, who's at Notts at the minute, is the only one I can think of.

Bricking it, feels a big one as it would be 7 points if we lose and then it could get nervy.

A win here ends the season, a draw probably does it too. Just must not lose.

Just hoping for a decent performance from our team this afternoon, there have definitely been improvements since Big Dunc arrived, we haven't been rolled over completely for some time. I think Sheff Weds were a bit nervous coming to play us the other week, don't think many expected a repeat of the game at their place, but I doubt if many...our fans included...expected a home victory. Today I am expecting a narrow win for the visitors, maybe 2-0 or 2-1, but doubt if they will stroll to the same sort of score they beat us by earlier in the season...anyway, the sun is shining, a lovely spring day, what could go wrong!

Just seen our lineup interesting making that many changes but suppose after last Saturday nobody can really complain.

Stevens back in does put an end to that ridiculous rumour some had put about that if we played him and Taylor in the same lineup we’d have to pay Oxford £100k.

Massey for Woz is a worry he’s looked unarsed. Get resting Ellis for Oxford and giving Willo today I suppose and like Butts just if we get a pen don’t let him take it!

That’s unfair on Massey. What he’s looked like is a player who seemingly gets shunted around the lineup without having much of a plan what to do with him, it’s not surprising we’re not getting the best out of him. Woz is also getting on a bit and needs protecting himself.

Guessing he’s going left and Sammy right back.

Hopefully Wilson can deliver today. Win today and the pressure is off.

No santos or Toal for us today and Johnston coming back in after a few months out. Think we will have to score 2/3 to win it today, can’t see us keeping a clean sheet.

Just seen our line up…

If Peterborough don’t win then I’ll be very, very surprised.

Giving away a pen after 1 minute isn’t the start we wanted.

Stephens comes in, under no pressure drops a simple catch over the line.

We can’t continue with this defence. They’ve done nothing to get a 2-0 lead.

We’ve been brilliant in possession this half… they haven’t been able to get the ball off us that often… But our line up isn’t the tallest today with no Santos and Toal so we look a bit vulnerable from crosses and set pieces. They’ve hit the bar and had a goal disallowed for handball which came from a corner. I think we need at least 1 more to kill the game off. We’ve had 2/3 chances to play easy balls through to Charles for a 1 on 1 with the gk and over hit them.

Think we are unlucky to be behind, had some good chances and need to see the disallowed goal again.
Still, keep it like this and we might see Sonny Cox get his chance.

Lincoln must be wondering how we're a League One team after our last two meetings at Sincil Bank.

Absolutely infuriating, rest Stone as we didn’t want to risk injury with no other keeper for Monday and he drops one in the net, then we go to sleep and it’s the only things a dire Accrington side have done. Totally thrown away the points literally and with this defence we are heading for League TwoZ

We are just so soft. The first one that’s completely on Stevens and you can’t legislate for that but the second is just people not doing their job and made it far too easy for Accy. Wilson is trying as is Massey to a lesser extent but the others are getting exposed quite frankly.

As said last week a lot have downed tools.

Anyone who thinks we are safe is living in cloud cuckoo land. We are awful defensively.

You can see from Aimson’s reaction he handled it. He doesn’t contest it at all and is laughing. I think we’ve been pretty comfortable other than the cross that hit the bar and that disallowed goal but I think you can exploit us with those balls into the box. We definitely need another.

Think that’s game over now. Let McConville walk into the area unopposed then decide to trip him for the most stonewall penalty you’ll ever see. This team is utterly brain dead.
