We both share a love of GTF or GF as he was when he was with you, too.

EDIT - Didn't you have Matt Lockwood at that time as well?

Is that Lee Thorpe? Mr elbows, I didn't mind him but Martin Ling binned him very very quickly in January 2004 after he spent 45mins of a 1-0 home win against Darlington nearly getting sent off.

Lockwood was player-Coach at Sutton United recently. Best left back in League Two 1998-2006!!!

How many can I expect Accrington and Morecambe to bring to Brisbane Road on a Saturday?

Also, does anyone know if there are any other train stations other than Lancaster you can use to get to Morecambe?!

There is a station at Morecambe - about 20 minutes walk from the Globe Arena. Not that frequent so not that much better than bus.

Handy for the excellent York Hotel, which does good value B & B as well as decent beers.

Yeah, that's pretty decent. We've been in there a few times

You have to think they aren't going to like being down here with the likes of us. Ha.

Certainly not by what uncle Colin was saying on the bbc (how is he still alive - odious little man).

Beneath you? Think how the poor Yeovil fans feel, it's been 10 years since they were last here and were in The Championship 12 months ago. It's them I feel sorry for, not you tinpotters.

Sounds like the board would be better off without the poster.

The nottingham clubs are brilliant, constantly bang on about how they were good when queen Victoria was on the throne and Britannia ruled the waves, but have been shit and lived in the past ever since.

Bless

Just testing the waters, this is going to be fun I see. The idea Notts fans live in the past is sensational too, which Notts fans do you hang around with, the fucking 50 year olds? Notts have been shite my entire lifetime, I have no past to brag about. We've like won the bottom division twice and that's it.

I was hoping that the average quality of posts from Nottinghamshire would be raised, if only by dilution.

Don't let me down.

Won't be fucking difficult will it. By the way, nipping any sort of rivalry with Mansfield in the bud here and now.

You aren't our rivals.

We have Chesterfield
Forest have Derby.
You have, er

There are rivals and bred in the bone rivals. We have Posh then the rest. I know all the songs but I've never see us play them.

I'm glad we've got a derby game again, prior to County being relegated our nearest game was York.

I don't see County as bitter rivals, far from it. I'm looking forward to the game at Meadow Lane as it's a great away day.

Looking forward to all of these coming down. Crawley looks the least appetising of the lot but it's only 45 minutes in the car from my Uni. Looking forward to next season, would imagine all 4 that come down will challenge

Adam lad, it's much more believable that you don't care about us if you wait til we're down here with you to post about us...

I'm sure this will be fun. Most of the serious anti-Notts lot aren't here anymore so I'm sure we'll get along fine.
