Vose is a fucking genius but it's daft calling it the best goal EVER. It's against Conference players after all.

Lol. Best ever? Defending was atrocious and the goalkeeper should have saved it. The best bit was that ball boy falling over. Why they even involved in the celebration anyway? The pitch is for players ONLY.

Our second goal today. Great finish by Whitfield, but some shocking defending by Aldershot.

I'd be embarrassed if I were those Gateshead defenders, LJL could've skilled his way through that defence.

It's Vose that MAKES conference level defenders look even more dreadful. And he doesn't use fancy tricks and he doesn't use pace, he does it with magic.

As the great Adriano Moke tweeted only a couple of hours ago

"He's magic you knowwww you never tackle ....

Yes apparently Moke isn't just an exceptional footballer, he's quite skilled at photoshop too.

They won't be here much longer anyway, Conference South beckons for them. Smashed again today I see.

Still trying to work out how Dartfords equalizer was allowed to stand....player clearly offside & standing in the way of our keeper should surely be classed as interference :eye:

Tough one that, I can only assume the referee has overruled the linesman because he wasn't directly in the keeper's line of sight of the ball, though he probably did impede the keepers dive.

Looked like a great game for the neutral and a good atmosphere there.

"My crikey, what bend it like Beckham?". What an awful commentator! I quite like the FGR commentator for the third, "good keeping"!

Brilliant free kick, signing Townsend has been a superb move, comfortably the best left back we've had down here. Not seen many games this season but I'd be surprised if there's a better left back in this league.

He's too good for this league and could comfortably play at League 2 level at least. I'm sure when the transfer window opens in January, when his loan runs out, he'll be off to a league team.

Wrexham 4-0 Gateshead

Soft red. Poor Gateshead defending.

I can't work out who has kicked the ball for the incident at the start. In the direction it has gone you'd think it had to be the attacker but can't be certain the keeper hasn't got a touch on it as well. On first glance it looks a free kick, possibly leading to a red but I don't see how any ref can be sure of what happened there. McLaughlin's tackle looked loads worse than it actually was, as he went in with his wrong foot.

Is it my rose coloured spectacles or did Drenchy beat Norwood to the ball and palm it away for the penalty decision?

Chris Kinnear just said on the highlight show that Forest Green and Eastleigh are 'massive clubs'. :dk:
