Incredible on that performance, pleased I got 5/4 this morning.

Started off poorly with a tenner on Bristol de Mai, but regained it with a £25 single on Vautor and a double on Vautor and Thistlecrack. Added another £16 with a quid on Empire of Dirt.

Had a cracking day at Chelts, plenty of Guinness went down! Ended up about 200 up... Then stuck 50 on 1-1 with the bet365 in play offer, another 275 there. Lovely day!

Iv tried steering clear but with the free bet if you lose skybet offer i cant help but have a go on the 1st race. I lost on it again for the 3rd time but put my £20 on the 3 favourites treble which got me £135 back and had a £5 double on thistlecrack and cause of causes for £73. Im having £20 on zubayr in the 1st tommorrow if it loses then the free bets going on ruby to win the gold cup if it wins then £120 is going on ruby to win the gold cup.

There's a lot of interesting ones for tomorrow. Leoncavallo at 22/1 seems crazy considering I think he's got a legit chance. I think he needs relatively soft ground but I think he's worth a shout.

I agree, surprised he hasn't been mentioned more, has some engine that boy but have backed Cue Card in the hope that Poli won't be in contention! I think all of Cue Card, Don Cossack and Don Poli will finish ahead of Djakadam personally.

He waltzed the RSA last year on similar ground and won at the festival year before that. He didn't perform great in the Lexus on soft but he still won. For me he is exceptional value and should be 2nd fav behind Cue Card based on form.

Since Tuesday I've had an absolute stinker, think I've made about £75 since my corker of an acca.

Oh well, holiday in June and a decent deposit for a car. Successful Cheltenham was successful.

£25 on Gorbatov at 6/1 in the first was nice. £175 returned. Then I had Don Cossack at 3's and On The Fringe. With place money on a couple of others it was another good day. Gutted Cheltenham is over for another year about £500 up over the festival!

Yeah I always get on a downer after Cheltenham, I know there is still some good racing coming up including Aintree but it always feels like the end of the jump season.

Still, I enjoy the flat too and Guineas weekend will soon be upon us.

Delighted for Don Cossack. Great ride and classy horse. Djakadam was found out on the ground as expected and Don Poli never had the engine to get himself in the argument. And to sound like a broken record, Vautour would have won that. Twating Rich Ricci.

I backed Cue Card and had combi tricast on it with Don Cossack and Djarka which was looking good if it didn't fall.

Also had a big single on On The Fringe, and a safety double of Fringe and Cossack which saved my day!

What a week! Over £1k profit from a mix of matched betting and punting. Loads of free bets to use too!

Thistlecrack 10/1 early price for the Gold Cup next year. Speculative punt as it may stay hurdling, but if it goes chasing that's a serious contender to win it.
