I actually think that this thread got people talking about their own mental health which is a good thing. Don't see the harm in this at all to be honest.

Some people struggle with the concept of doing something to help others but without having an ulterior motive. It took me 4 long years of suffering in silence and solitude before I had the bottle to try and get some help. I hope my words can help others realise they aren't alone in feeling this way. This illness has cost me practically everything in life and I'm still no nearer being better.

Only just caught up with this thread for the first time in a few months. I think it's good that you've got others talking about the things they suffer from. I know it can often help just getting things off your chest and putting it out in the open.

That would be a massive shame mate. Enjoy (well, that's not the right word, but you get my drift) reading your blog and I for one would miss the updates. Not to mention what everyone on this page says!

I was reading your blog and its quite insightful I must say. You have described the feelings that come during depression with great accuracy and you have indeed, dealt with it in a great way. Interesting read actually.
