Being unable to run a piss up in a brewery, my lot don't have this available. I'm not sure I'd want to subject myself to it anyway, but it beats putting money in the Belgians' pockets.

Are you putting the VPN on before you visit the site?

What T.A says. As my sub is UK based, so is my payment method, no issues whatsoever. (Don't expect it to work for Cup games, though).

I'm a UK subscriber, happy with matchday audio only because I can catch full matches the day after if I want. As I'm at every home match, It's only away matches I'm bothered with and I do have C5's coverage available if I want.

Trouble is, there are so many problems with the audio service.

1. Connecting just 30 seconds before kick-off.
2. Drop-outs requiring reconnection - 4 on Saturday.
3. The awful, awful audio loop which kicks in. I'd rather hear what going on in the stadium at halftime.
4, Second half reconnection after kick-off.
5. Post match summarisation cut short.
6. Don't get me started on extra time in cup matches being cut off.

I sent an email off to iFollow on Saturday, and quite a few other Dons did as well. In fact, the club are collating a list of complaints so that they can hit ifollow.

Don't get me started on overseas supporters who are forced to pay the higher price although the only want audio,

It looks like it might vary from club to club.
I paid using paypal and a vpn. Not sure if made difference but it allowed £110 option.. Put another country in profile. When I log in at Reading on a browser on pc or mac and I try to watch a stream it keeps telling me to subscribe when my sub shows up in profile. I chatted online and they said known problem. Sent email now but not fixed.
If I use the Reading app on phone or tablet I get geo-restricted from watching in UK with VPN on. Looks like HTML 5 geolocation using wifi network.
When I first got app it worked and watched match. Now it says cannot play on tablet and iphone as georestricted. I can see the app asks permission to look at the network connections (SSID). Thats what I understand. No watching Millwall unlike the Millwall app perhaps.
I use overplay and it cant stop app having a sniiff around. Hopefully they will fix browser issue. Or maybe it is something else.

I subscribed without the VPN on (accidentally), so when I put the VPN, it doesn't recognize my subscription. I did the live chat and they said due to licenses the subscriptions are unique to countries. My plan was to subscribe with the radio commentary, £5 per month one, then use the VPN to watch the live games :(

I've watched two games live using a VPN, no problems there. The quality, however, varies from okay to absolute shite.

The Southend game last week kept freezing every few seconds throughout the whole game. The only way I could watch any of it properly was to hit pause for five minutes, which would give me two or three minutes of smooth streaming before the stuttering started again.

Worst of all, it froze just as Graham Carey sent the corner over from which Ryan Edwards equalised. It restarted again when Southend were kicking off, so I had the weird experience of celebrating a goal I didn't even see!

I did the pointless live chat thing, and some bloke in India told me it was internet connection's fault (even though I told him I'm on fibre at a minimum of 34mbps). He didn't seem to give much of a shit and ended the chat.

It definitely wasn't your internet connection because when you watch the 90 minutes back again on replay you can watch it over and over and it does exactly the same every time at the goal, and the quality and audio stutters throughout the whole match

Agreed. And you're spot on with the stream freezing at exactly the wrong moment!

The trouble I'm having with it all is that the stream keeps on freezing every 7-10 minutes, even when I drop the quality down to 'auto' from '720 HD'. The only thing that works for me whenever it does this is to log out and then log in again but it's very frustrating as you can well imagine. I also spoke to some chap on that live chat they offer, and he too kept insisting it was a problem on my end (slow internet speed) even though I told him more than once that I definitely do not have a slow connection. I also told the guy that I seldom encounter any buffering/freezing trouble when watching a game on some free dodgy live stream so the trouble is certainly on their end and not mine.

Just having a scan to see if I could get this going with Wolves, although they seem to have opted out and are instead running their own similar thing.

Gonna try watching this today. Presumably you should turn the VPN on before the you go onto iFollow? Just tried that and it seemed to just ask me to subscribe, even though I'd signed in before I went to the match centre..

The £45 option doesn't work anymore.

You need to enable your VPN and then either pay £6 per game of go for the season pass option at 130 odd.

Still good value, but they patched the previous loophole.

Yup, I've just bought a matchday pass. Would imagine they'll patch this too.. seeing UK addresses buying video passes is surely going to get noticed.

The way I did it was

Log out of iFollow, leave the website
Turn on VPN
Clear all cookies for EFL/iFollow/Club site (don't know if that's needed but better safe than sorry)
Then clicking on "watch live" brought up the Season Pass and Matchday Pass options

Seems to work fine for me.
