A tad optimistic maybe, but these are the kind of results we need to keep the play-off dream alive. 11/15

I fear a grim start to the year. Bottom three by the end of the month. A league goal would be nice. Grimsby surely can't fook up against us again, and we never beat Woking, Dover or Gateshead. Wrexham and Chester the only chance of a point IMO.

We've lost a couple so we are due a 6 game winning streak. So a full house and the Millsiah is back.

Can't be arsed. This second half of the season is going to be wank.

Halifax (A) - LOSS
Dover (H) - DRAW
FGR (H) - LOSS
Wrexham (A) - DRAW
Guiseley (H) - WIN

5/15, mid-table. Crowds to drop below 2500.

Should win them all comfortably except for Braintree but it won't happen like that. We'll beat Hungerford in the trophy but only take about 4 or 5 points from the league games.

Tricky game at Dover and can see us slipping up at BW as well. Would still be fairly happy with 8/12..

Another 6 points would do us quite nicely and would hope to maybe get a point at Macc. Although given how ridiculous we've been to predict so far, anything can happen!

A little pessimistic about our chances in January, which is another difficult month. Northwood were the early leaders for a while before they dropped off. St Ives were top just a month ago. Aylsebury FC and Beaconsfield are looking at a push for the playoffs. Arlesey are lower mid-table with a decent enough cushion on the bottom 2 not to be under pressure and North Greenford sit bottom with just 11 points from 19 games.

We've got 46pts from 22 games. Based on the last two seasons (both div 1's) roughly 80pts should get you a playoff place (from 42 games). I've got us to pick up 8, if we can get 10+ then I might start getting confident of a playoff place and thinking about a title push (depending on what others do of course). Right now I'm just happy to be in the mix.

Unbeaten run continues but as always, we become stuck against Altrincham. Cheltenham to match our results except win the games that we draw.

7/12 wouldn't be a disaster this month, put us down to lose at home to Chester because we're not poor at home. We're a decent away side though so should pick up some points on the road.

Of course, that is not going to happen and we'll probably lose the fucking lot.

If we play like we did yesterday we'll pick up points on the road, our problem has always been our home form this season, when teams come and put 2 banks of 4 in front of their penalty area we struggle to break them down.

Mid-table obscurity form. Were we able to win the home game with Macc, play-off prospects would remain alive.

If we can stay within reach of the play-offs and in the Trophy, that's good enough for me.

How do you reckon you'll get on without Holman?

With our recent poor performances and not having won at home for weeks and weeks I have no clue how we'll do against you.

We have Giuseppe Sole, who can come in and play alongside Quigley, but he's not a Holman type of player. He's due one of his runs where everything goes in so hopefully that happens. We'll also be without Robinson, who's loan from Luton ended, in midfield so Murtagh will come back in. If Robinson's loan had been extended, and it could still happen if Luton don't have him in their plans, then I'd have gone 4-3-3 against you with Murtagh in the hole in midfield, Quigley up front. Good time to play us but similarly a good time to play you. I'd take a point. We just need to keep on trying to get results whilst finding a replacement for Holman and anyone else that might leave.

Need to go on another run to stay with Cheltenham, no reason why on paper we shouldn't win all our games. We probably wont though, cos we're actually a bit shit. February looks tough, so to stay in with a good chance we really need a good month.

Hopefully we'll park our tandem buses
against FGR ala Grimsby, waste time, roll around on the floor alot and generally frustrate the hell out of you. First time we have tried that and it seemed to work quite well :D

7/9 points in the league and out of the trophy, will take that.

Still in the mix and in the Trophy. Bit of a disappointing end with two points from three winnable games but our season is very much alive and in our hands.

9/12 this month, and other than losing at Woking on the 2nd we have had a very good month - 2 points more than I thought we would get too!
