Opposing the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre!!!!
Who said it has been brilliant? You wrote an essay about nothing really lol.
He's probably one of the Man U fans who fantasases that all Liverpool fans say 'This is our year'.

Okay, idk what that tweet I believed was on about then.

Quick bit of maths - United, 4 losses out of the last 13; with Chelsea, 11 losses from 24. 15 defeats in 37 games I think.

Shit whatever way you look at it!
Opta got us, listen to this: Mourinho has lost 13 of his last 27 league games. His previous 13 losses came over a span of 135 league games.

How about that. Unfortunately I saw some hobby psychologist on the caf point out very obvious signs of depression and now I feel slightly sorry for him.

Clearly, the manager is only part of the problem, and sacking him would only be part of the solution.

I said at that time that Juventus got an outrageously good deal on Pogba. He was good, but no where near their best player and they have to cover his limitations in midfield. Man Utd would have been better spending on a few better players in key positions - e.g. centre back, wide players etc.

I've heard some people say they are a group of good individuals but not a good team but I'd question even the quality of their individuals. Lingard, for example, is one of the bafflingly average players who somehow stumble in the United team - think Luke Chadwick or Tom Cleverley. Fellaini, Valencia, Shaw and Blind are middling players at best and whilst Rashford has impressed on occasion, he is being played out of position and is far too young and inexperienced to be relying on. As for teh defence, for all the stick Stones got for a wayward pass, you could pin all 4 goals on Smallnig from that game - he was absolutely abysmal, and not for the first time.

Herrara, Mata, Pogba, Ibrahimovic, Bailly and Dea Gea are the only great players they have. And Ibrahimovic likely has one season in him at best. Mkhitaryan certainly could be but is currency being used awfully and likely to suffer the same fate as Kagawa.

They are a middling team and changing manager would change their underlying weaknesses. What a miracle Ferguson performed winning his last league title with this rabble.

Hmm, I think more like Darren Fletcher and Phil Bardsley.

This is the Darren Fletcher who got Man of the Match in a Champions League semi final? He's a much better player than any of those I listed.

Phil Bardsley absolutely - he actually started in the Premier League at the weekend! Must be his good punch.

Reading that as a United fan has got to hurt. Definitely regressed.

Take that loss average over 38 games and you get one more loss than Sunderland last season.

To be fair, yesterday was his first loss in 7 since they were beaten by Watford. Still worrying though.

Mourinho's wife (early this morning): Wake up José, it's five.
Mourinho: WHAT they've scored another goal?
Wife: No, it's 5am

Do we think there's any chance of Fergie coming out of retirement?

100% no.

Though it would be interesting to see if he views the clubs woes since he left as people either destroying what he built or actually boosting his status as the top dog.

Remember people making similar comparison between Rodgers and Klopp....to those people.

Rooney has been dropped.

That alone puts Mourinho ahead of Van Gaal and Moyes in my book.

The problem is even after dropping my main excuse for all bad performances we are still putting them in!

How big is the gap between Ibra's performances and Rooney's? Ibra will score a more goals, mitigating some of the liability, but how many goals does he have to score to justify Rooney performances? This year's Schweinsteiger.

It's a fair point to make, there's no point swapping one undroppable underperformer for another. Ibra started well at United but has tailed off since and been average lately - without the goals you mention to mask that. Still, I'd have him in ahead of Rooney purely because he can still control a football and play a part in building up attacks beyond Rooney's "wallop it to the right back from the centre circle" trick. Whether he is dropped for Rashford is another story but he can't be judged by different standards to Rooney just as Pogba shouldn't get away with his lacklustre performances because he cost a billion quid.

Yep, he certainly deserves to be in the side ahead of Rooney. It's Mkhitaryan + Rashford that deserve chances to excel, but one isn't getting a chance and the other is being played on the wing. Dropping Ibra would improve Pogba, I think. Ibra and Rooney both drop deep into the space where Pogba wants to be.

I haven't had a problem with Zlatan's performances bar Liverpool and Chelsea, and in both of those games he barely had any support whatsoever. I even think he played well against Stoke with pace around him and I'll be surprised if he isn't pushing 20 PL goals at the end of the season. Although I can't help but wonder how a front 3 of Lingard, Rashford and Martial would get on.

The thing that surprised me about him was how happy with himself he looked after getting absolutely smashed by Chelsea.

I know Utd have Mourinho, Zlatan and Pogba and they will therefore always dominate the headlines (as well as Rooney) but why isn't it a bigger deal that Mkhitaryan isn't getting played? Is he not fit?

He's fit but not much fit. I'll be surprised if he doesn't play some part tomorrow.

Not even on the bench. Maybe the reports about Mourinho not trusting him are true, very bizarre
It's not that he doesn't trust him, it's just that Mourinho is a proper c*** and falls out with people all the time, then punishes them like a spoiled little c***.

Funny how you Mancs suddenly forgot how horrible he is as a person.

Backing Suarez wasn't the problem, it was the shameful excusing of what he did.
