I feel like a foster kid who was taken away from his abusive biological family (TFF).

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
What role does Silkyman play in this family, Stevencc ?

Jesus, don’t encourage. I’ve had him on ignore for three years and I’m sure she’s still following me like some little puppy.

Three years later and he is still angry.

Something tells me he has unresolved issues completely unrelated to me.

I must profess to holding genuine concerns for Jose ,he just desperately wants to be heard ,but to the world and his wife it sounds as irksome as someone rubbing a polystyrene block across their chin. Its a bit sad but Jose is now the one shoe man you see at bus stops the length and breadth of the country ,we cant avoid hearing him but does anyone really listen ?

Best team in the league
A problem created by Utd fans. Unrealistic expectations to challenge for the title when it’s something that’s clearly beyond the clubs reach. Jose given an average squad and has improved on it and obtained a respectable 2nd place finish.

I saw a guy vomit on himself from a standing position at a bus stop yesterday morning.

Did anyone hear the joke David Preece made about Mourinho on The Totally Football Show? It was very good.

Since we've had Arsene at Arsenal, Mancini at Man City and now Emery at the Emirates. Next up will be Mourinho at Scunthorpe.

That is a very good joke. Thank you for sharing Benji.

By whom? Zidane?

I'm not sure on Zidane - it's hard to judge a manager that has only managed a luxury side like Real.

We'd certainly be more exciting to watch under Zizou, though.

Here's the thing tho Stewy. It's all well and good wanting your manager getting the sack but you gotta replace him by someone better/available! Don't you think?

Fair play to the fans who remained in the ground to get behind their manager ,the backlash from the media towards Mourinho has been nothing short of fucking ridiculous ,we're three games into a new season and a manager that finished second last season is the prime target of a relentless witch hunt courtesy of the pitchfork brigade.

I do think that, yes.

Zidane is available, is he better?

We've been poor and shit to watch for the entirety of Mourinho's tenure, we made no significant changes in the summer with regards to personnel, there is a clear divide between the manager and the players as well as the board and Jose seems completely uninterested or, worse, antagonised. The fact that we finished second last season is a damning indictment of the strength of the teams in chasing pack last season, rather than a glowing report on United.

None of this is knee-jerk.

I said before the season even kicked off that we were heading for a sixth placed finish and that Jose wouldn't see out the season - it's still very early but I haven't gained any hope.

I rarely praise United fans ,but I figure they're hurting right now ,just thought it needed saying how such a significant display of solidarity from your hardcore fanbase may prove to be in as much as circling the wagons. I don't think I ever said it was knee jerk ,but at a time when it would be easy to stick the proverbial knife in, I was actually impressed with the stones Mourinho showed in going over to applaud your diehards. Managers under this much media pressure usually disappear down the tunnel rather than stand staring into the face of such wrath and I applaud his bravery.

You did mention that the season was only three games old - my point was that the attitude shown towards our failures and issues is older than that, a new season isn't always necessarily a clean slate.

Mourinho's a calculated man - he may have applauded the fans out of appreciation, or he may just be trying to keep them sweet at a time when a large portion of them are getting sick of him, his general attitude and his football.
