Commiserations to Walsall. Great support from both sides and despite a below par (Wembley-esq) atmosphere. Some decent players in the Walsall side, but lacking in end product.

It seemed typical City to not feel under pressure and we managed to keep the opposition at arms length.

On the recruitment thing, I would imagine this isn't just Cotts but Keith Burt as well. I think the role Keith plays at the Gate is seriously underestimated. Let's be honest, he hasn't put a foot wrong alongside Cotts and long may it continue. I wouldn't be at all surprised if business hasn't already been done as in talking to OOC players of a higher standard.
EDIT: Did anyone bump into the Dortmund lads?
