I see he's finally got his teeth fixed, about time
DQTSPnjWkAETLmX.jpg

I reckon that there is a connection between the infamously superficial and vain scouse ladies (the orange fake tan, ten tonnes of makeup lot) and the need modern Liverpool managers seem to feel to whiten and straighten their teeth. It even extends to the players - see Firmino.
Perhaps there is something in the water.

I picked up a paper on the bus today and the back page headline read "Jurgen Strop".

I went...

Klopp does my head in a lot of the time but he was fully justified with his annoyance at that second penalty. It was too important a decision at that stage in the game for there not to be 100% certainty between the officials. And the referee had already awarded a penalty to Spurs which should never have been given.

Except it wasn't. Unless nearly touching a player in the act of pulling out of a kicking motion constitutes a foul and penalty.

He kicked him Pagnell. It was a blatant penalty. His foot stopped suddenly because it just made contact with an opposition player's leg.

This debate is pointless. You believe he kicked him and the decision was the right one. I don't. You can attribute that down to nothing more than my being a Liverpool fan if you wish.

There is no debate, he toe ends the back of his leg, Liverpool fans seem to be focussing on his knee when he pulls his leg up.
It's a foul, and a penalty.

Klopp is the one who can feel the least aggrieved regarding the decision. If you sit back for 45 minutes, shit happens. Without Salah being fucking amazing we'd have rightly lost. We were completely outplayed in that second half.

Still, everyone but the one at the helm can feel aggrieved because it was fucking shit and I'm still angry.

There is. Otherwise every person would agree it was a foul or that it wasn't. I've seen numerous non-Liverpool fans say it wasn't and as many Liverpool fans say it was. That, chimp, is defined as debate.

The poll is at 80% penalty, 20% no penalty, 0% YNWA.

Very interesting.

What are you trying to show me? VvD's foot behind his leg? No one claimed it wasn't close. If your intention was to prove he kicked him, you failed looking at the angle.

Or tell them to get two officials who don't have a fucking clue about the rules (in reference of the first penalty).

How good was Karius though? Another Klopp gem in the making.

No. But I'm old enough to know if a keeper at the age of 24 has what it takes to play at the top level. And he doesn't. He played a decent game against Spurs, but to use that as some sort of proof after the shower of shite he'd previously shown is farcical.

Myself and many others have been saying for some time that Mignolet is shit. You now accept it. You will view Karius the same way eventually.

He's got probably 16 years game time left and you right him off at 24. :ffs:

He is same age as Ederson who people/media think is amazing but has loads of errors in him. But no one really talks about it because City keep winning. Not because of him, but their insanely good attack. Just look at the game against spurs. Media is criticizing Karius for the punch (which was perfectly fine) that led to Wanyama goal but Lloris gets a free pass for not saving Salah's goal.
